Gold, Property of Lord Il Palazzo?
A recent issue before Lord Il Palazzo was the discovery of gold in one of the lakes boundering Fukuoda City. The problem was weather the gold belonged to the ignorant citizen, or Lord Il Palazzo.
"Well, there is without a doubt that the gold discovered belongs to ACROSS. The Ignorant Citizen who found it will be rewarded accordingly for directing my attention to the find." Lord Il Palazzo said in regards to the issue.
The gold was later seized and added to the ACROSS Far East Treasury. The Ignorant Citizen who discovered the gold was given a 5% raise in his paycheck.

Good for you, our when gold was discovered in one of our lakes the citizen galdly handed it over to the Rotovian Government after we explained that he was guilty of the following offences; Trepass, Trepassing on State Property, Petty Theift, Fraud, Extortion & Conspiracy to commit Grevious Theift of State Property, with a maximum sentance of 500years inprisionment. He only to gladly surrendered any claim.
Is said city under the control of Ilpalazzo-sama, or did the Across seize it as it will control the city soon enough? Our information on the matter is sadily out of date, and that would definitly impact the morality of it.
