This is a formal declaration of peace with every nation on the earth and off of it. From this moment onwards Freebodnik V is in a state of TOTAL PEACE with the entire world. Furthermore, Freebodnik V has elected to assign its entire manoefacturing capability, its complete research personnel, and to commit every resource to maintaining this state of total peace.
