Genya enbraces pacifism!
Genya has long had compulsary military service for able-bodied men, but now the newly elected Liberal government has revoked the draft. In addition, military spending is being scaled back by 500%. The Republic of Genya is now a pacifist state! We will not participate in war, but we shall continue to promote the ideals of democracy and freedom through diplomacy.

Such a ridiculous move by an Oct. nation....luckily for you there are plenty of older nations who are against imperialism (me included) and will defend you against foreign invasion (probably...).

Wow... invading you wouldn't be much harder than walking in and saying "hey guess what, I own you."
The nation of Taka applauds this move, and urges other small nations to embrace a pasifist view. The Prince is quoted as saying "A nation's first post, that not only ISN'T declairing war, but is accualy taking the opposite side? well I'll be damned, there are newbies with brains."

An October nation is a sitting duck for predators, with or without an army.
Well, we are surrounded by mountains to the north, and very large coral reefs to the east...But the south and west are open ocean.

Its wonderful to see the ideal of non-violance growing stronger, we applaud your new government, and hope that other nations make such a wise choice in the future.

Although, this is not a wise descision unless you have many allies who arent as pacifist as you, or your nation will be destroyed by larger warmongering nations. I suggest that you get some allies or try to keep the ones you have.
