Ok, since this is such a special post, I ran this through spell checker (don’t get used to it) :p. Ok, so I may be doing this a few weeks early, but I can't wait. It's only 1/2 of a month untill the 6 month mark (November 15th).
6 months of NS......wow, I still feel like a newbie.
Well, I’m a may nation. May 15th to be exact. I NEVER thought that my nation would be around this long (and I have a feeling that some other nations thought the same thing, or WISH I hadn’t :p). Well, my 1st post was me trying to put together an "Alliance of Smaller Nations", or the ASN. I don’t remember my early RP’s, probably because I was involved in one conflict after another. I usually won, that is, until I got involved in the Elarian civil war, on the side of the rebels. BIG mistake. It ended up being my 1st major defeat. I dropped out of wars for a while after that. Except for the Rukemian wars (my best war). Well, by now it was mid June My n00b days. *shudders* Well, I decided to jump into space. It began innocently enough. A ship here, a ship there..... Well, I decided to move to the Pleiades Cluster. By using city domes to transport my cities. Well, needless to say, I ended up ignoring the idea myself. Then came the Marathon days. Marathon had a tendency to stalk me. For a week, he flamed me wherever I went. He even made a flame thread about me. *Thanks God that he is gone* By this point, the ASN was in disarray. Only a handful of us where still playing. So, the remaining members voted themselves into oblivion. We still have alliances with each other, but not THE ASN. Well, with few allies, I joined the APTO, where I mended my relations with Elara. I also made it into the Pleiades Cluster. W00t! I made RP’s during this time (July and August), but few joined, until I joined the APTO. I have now left Earth completely, and am a happy member of APTO.
Now onto my thank you list.
Novus de Italia: my oldest and most loyal ally. I wish you luck in future exploits. I wish that you still played NS, but I respect your wishes.
Elara: although we met as enemies, you have proven to be as much, if not more, of an ally then Italia.
New Genoa: You gave me a home. ‘nuff said. Thank you.
The other members of the APTO: you made me feel welcome. Thank you.
The Damned Peoples: Well, what can I say about you? Well, you where kind to me when everyone else was proclaiming "GODMOD!" at my back in June.
The Slaglands: We still need to finish our Cola Wars :D
Zoir: You helped me add much to the history of my nation, and we had some good RP’s along the way
Rukemia: I applaud you for being cannon fodder for me :p. It was an excellent set of wars.
Danya: You where also kind to me during those harsh times in June.
New Russia: Same as TDP and Danya. Thank you.
Night Elves: If you still exist, thank you for introducing me to this wonderful game
Monkey States and Never Setting Sun: We are the only surviving members of the ASN. We made it this far, it’s all down hill from here.
I think I got everyone. And I wish everyone like Melkor and Marathon would all go and jump off the side of a cliff. Well, More RP’s are coming soon. And I can’t wait until NS2 comes out. Well, only ½ of a month until that 6 month mark. Looking forward to it.
