Lord Il Palazzo was simply amazed at the news he had just received. An Ingorant Citizen, armed with a Russian made assualt rifle, gunned down and killed three by-standers and injuried a handful of others. Municipal Force Daitenzen was dispatched immediately, and the gunman was disarmed and detained.

And so, with help from Afro Warrior Pedro, the new law was set that banned Igorant Citizens from owning guns or any weapon. Only military personnel and law enforcers were allowed to own weapons.
