The Soviet China II government has decided to extend our hand in mutual agreement for defence to all soviet/communist nations. Are there any alliances I am welcome to join, or are there any soviet nations who wish to enter into a new alliance?

Thoough I am currently in a war against many rouge nations, and probably not a soviet nation, I would be happy to supply my newly purchaced Spartan Tanks and Aticle Siege tanks to aid in your defenses. Let me know where to put them and I will set up a small defensive outpost in your nation.

The People's Republic of Dra-pol is a little confused as to how SCII plans to see-out defensive alliances from a completely isolationist stand-point- we know that we could not have done it.
However, Director Kurosian is interested in some level of co-operation, military or otherwise, with Soviet China II.

(it is likely that Drapoel Banat agents are now going to attempt to circulate propaganda in SCII encouraging comrades to volunteer to fight in Dra-pol, defending the revolution against the so called "Crusader Coalition", in the on-going war)
Perhaps soviet china would consider being part of a newly formed soviet union, as a member of its central commitee? We are currently recruiting and in dire need of soviet members. Any other intreted parties, ask for info.

Dra-pol: We do accept your offer of co-oporation, however our people will remain in our country and will not fight in foriegn mitalia.
