Today, the Tribune inside the Republic of Alantino casted it's first issue to the senate. It involves "forcing" all citizens to vote on Tribune and Senate in order to get all of the citizens of Alantino to participate.
The senate recieved this last night, and worked on it for much of today. After many debates, such as three (3) members of the senate debating with the other two (2) senatos that voting should be by choice.
They don't want citizens to vote when they don't know who anyone is, and the election could be undermined by random from the extra voter's that will vote for just anyone.
One (1) senator argued that everyone needs to vote, that democracy will never be completely successful if everyone has the choice of voting, rather then the populatation learning about each candidate, then voting on choice, but voting in the first place by force.
And the last senator argues that the emperor should take controll over this voting debate. He was then frowned upon, and laughed at. He then hopped over to forced voting, he stated, "I was just making room for a third party debate, but i already knew my real stance on the issue".
After it was over, three (3) senatos voted on voting by choice, two (2) by forced voting. The issue is final, each citizen votes by choice.
