Phyrric

At 1500 hours, Senator William Bradley introduced Bill 165-2003 while the Senate was in session yesterday.
The Bill proposes not to ratify and sever the treaties that the Nation of Phyrric is currently involved in with the organization known as UNAOTO.
"This is not am attempt to cause war. This is not an attempt to make enemies. All I am proposing is for our Nation to exit this treaty while ties are good and seek a more stable, lasting alliance." Bradley was quoted as saying when questioned about the Bill.
Phyrric seems to be seeking a stable environment that is a close network of alliances and not so lose and open as UNAOTO has become.
"We have friends, but there is nothing in writing or any sort of obligations that tie us to either defend or be defended. If things get worse, who can be counted on to fulfill our treaties? I do not see this as a happening event in the organization of UNAOTO." stated Senator Robert Jackson as he seconded the motion for Bill 165-2003.
The vote will be casted by all members of the Senate on Oct 30 when the session starts at 0800. All Senators are required to attend, all diplomats are encouraged to voice their concern and grease up their favorite Senator.
