As stated above The Pepoles Republic Of Chao2 has struck oil in one of it's northen continents however we lack the funding and building prowess to mine the oil. To solve this problem in exchange for financial backing and engineers to design and build the facilitieswe will share 50% of the profits for the first two years, and after that we will pay 10% profits for the next 50 years. After that payments will cease
