The newly found nation of Xanter wishes to make contact with as many nations as possible,for trade and 'freindly meeting' purposes.We wish to know what kinds of nations these are,freindly or hostile, and whether they would be interested in trading or pacts. hmmm... we have some space crafts, but most of them are experimental, and cannot go very far out of orbit, or move fast. We could send one up if you have a station in orbit.

As the Five Civilized Nations has two frigates posted in orbit around Charon, we will thoroughly search any cargo ships for contraband, such as drugs, WMD, and weapons. Any diplomatic vessel will be allowed through without a search. But if the Five Civilized Nations discovers that you are smuggling through the diplomatic vessels, we will sever any ties that you have...

These precautions have been put in place, due to the proximity of our military base on Pluto.

OOC: It can actually extend life to almost 200... The blue within blue is only for people whose lives is permeated with spice, such as the Fremen...
