mutants?
Yes we have all heard of or at least read X-men comics in the past, but what used to be fiction is becoming reality. due to the "x-gene" many normal citizans and the wealthy alike have been developing such a gene. My question is, what are we going to do about it? some of them are taking on the forms of animals, monsters, and others regulor humans. even though they still have human emotions and thought, should they be treated as humans?

They are, but only Level 4 or 5 sentience. I am talking Level 2 and above, what humans are.
