It has recently come to the attention of the Sharldonian Congress that the world is becoming more, and more heavily populated with sentient creatures aside from Humans, it has been noted, after some researching and studying, that these beings, such as Elves, Cathumans, etc... can, if not dealt with in just the right manner, cause friction between themselves and Humans, claming they have fewer rights, or that they're better than Humans, or some other species, so a Bill has been set before the Congress for voting, if passed, all Non-Human sentients will be barred from Sharldonia, if not, then nothing will happen, if it is passed any sentient Non-Humans in Sharldonia will be asked to leave.

The Police have begun calling in extra units to maintain the peace, and a Company of Military Police of the Sharldonian Republic Army National Guard(SRANG) has also been called up to guard the Presidential Building, they will be marching in on foot.

I think everyone can pretty easily guess how Menelmacar feels about all this. Though, even if the bill passes, as long as the Elves get to keep their assets and are allowed to leave freely and without trouble, we won't be blowing anything up. Pro: Elves live far longer than Humans, they could be very usefull employed as scientists and researchers, as there would be less worry of them dying halfway throuhg a major project, barring accidents and the like.

News: An odd rise in Elves and Non-Humans coming to Sharldonia has been detected.

The Dr. Elianel Hyral had just arrived to Sharldonia. He stepped out of the Aelosian vessel, unarmed and with no guards, just followed by his assistant, a little executive girl always writing in a notebook.

He approaches to the Sharldonia's guards waiting for him in the airport. "I'm the Aelosian mediator, Dr. Elianel Hyral, Can you take me to the place of the riots?", he says in a calm, quiet tone.

The twelve National Guardsmen standing waiting for the Dr. stay silent, untill a man in the National Guard uniform steps out of a nearby Jeep, the man wears the markings of a Major, and he looks to be somewhere around his mid-forties "Good afternoon Dr." he said "I trust you are ready to leave now? or is there something we can do for you before we go?"

"No, I've heard the news, and the situation is turning critical, please take there, I need to talk with those people", says the Dr.

IC: The Major shook his head "Talking's no good Dr." he sighed "Let's go" and directed the Dr. to the Jeep.

A rugged young man appears on the screen in front of a demonstration.

"Welcome back to LNN, I'm Johannes Doe here in Sharldonia with an update on the vote to expel Elves and other 'non-humans' from the country.

"As you can see behind me, a protest is going on in regards to the current vote by certain 'non-human' groups who are hoping to not have to leave their homeland. We're going to try to move in closer to interview the leader of the protestors, and hopefully later we will be able to get interviews with goverment officials and Dr. Elianel Hyral from Aelosia."

The leader of the Protestors isn't really hard to find, the one called Kori is standing atop a car, shouting with a bullhorn, spuring the Protestors onwards.

"Please let me go alone", says Elianel to the guards "I will talk to him".
He slowly mixed with the crowd, trying to approach to the leader of the protestors.

The cameraman swung around to get an action shot of Kori standing on the car and then got a picture of the buildings behind the group.

"We're going to try and see if any of them will speak to us."

Doe and the cameraman moved closed to the protest.

Aelosia: The SRANG soldiers are happy to oblige Dr. Hyral as he moves, he finds it difficult to get anywhere quickly, but he eventually find himself next to the car.

"Why the heck shouldn't we enclose the Presidential Building?" Kori shouted back, looking at Elianel "Hey, are you married?" he asked, as an afterthought.

"Yes I am, Why?", says Elianel, surprised by the unusual comment. "If you go there, you're going to be attacked by the police, and this will turn into a riot. Violence just call violence, and if this turns into an aggressive situation you will lose your international credibility"

"The Police here are not aggresive, they'll wait and attack only if we do" Kori pauseed "What's the name of your wife?"

"Ariana, but, What is your interest in that?. If you're going to march to the palace, please do it a the best civilized and peaceful way, without any provocations!", says Elianel, still surprised.

"Ariana?" Kori said, stepping down, the crowd not seeming to notice "Can you tell me a little bit about her?"

"I knew her in Kecha, during a mission trying to investigate the behaviour of the elven population of that nation. She's clear and nice as the open sky at dawn!. But, Why you want to know about that?"

"Nothing abnormal, they're basing this discussion on activities in other nations, reports, etc..."

"There are many nations within which two or more different races live more or less in harmony. Has the legislature considered those examples?"

After Kori's response, Rurika added, "If you don't mind switching to a personal level for a moment, what job did you hld here, and how have you personally interacted with humans and others, prior to the introduction of this bill?"

"Myself?" Kori asked "I'm a Foreman down at the Dockyards, I'm also a Sergeant in a unit of National Guard Combat Engineers"
