Yesterday, crime was totally unknown and civil rights superb. Now, crime -- especially youth-related -- is a major problem and civil rights are very good.
OOC: I also want suggestions on increasing civil rights and political freedoms.

We simply liquify anyone caught commiting a crime, and feed them to the masses. Saves us trillions in food bills each year.

Thanks Shildonia. I suppose that's the easiest way, but not the only one - I managed to have Superb civil rights and Totally Unknown crime without ever answering any issue that said the nation had public school.

We in The Greif simply string our criminals up at the nearest lamp post. Not only is this an extremely effective method of crime control, it also works wonders for our unemployment rating.
