Can someone do a map of my country for me?

I would like something like a design program to do it, not a painterrific program like I use.

I'll give you one of my old blank maps I no longer use and you can put on cities and roads and such, but I won't create one especially for you. I think that's probably the best offer your going to get Freedom Country.
