We sanction and blacklist both of you for insulting the kids. Kids are your future. As you are a basket case, Inhuman Killers, my sanctions will ensure that your economy goes down even further.

Zhudor

I don't mind. Ah, well, we'll just create a "No water for children" act then. *puts bomb-trigger aside and scribbles something on a piece of paper*

No Water For Children Act

§I : Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to acquire water for purposes other than personal. It is especially prohibited to redistribute water.

§II : Children under the age of 18 are furthermore allowed any other consumable goods under the same restrictions as described in §I for "water" only. This does not withdraw any other restrictions.

§III: Any other redistribution of any other goods or services is also prohibited to children under the age of 18. They may do so in private or in designated locations but not in public areas not clearly designated as such. This also does not withdraw any other limitations.

Now, that should put an end to it!!!

"Did someone just say General Forum or am I hearing things again?"

It must be the voices!

Anyway, it's about the "The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out."-thing... So this seems to be much like "why llamas are a cooler national animal than squirrels"...

"Lemon freshness in the morning."A Resian representative walks up to and takes ownership of one of the stands. Noticing the interesting color that the lemonade has turned after the Terminator attack, he adds the work "Strawberry" to the sign before the word "Lemonade", then sits back in his chair, whistles innocently, and waits for business.

We allow children to sell stuff, as long as it's legal. Heck, I'm 18, and i'm running this country! Child labor is a different story, however...

OOC: Actually it's secret government tech that we bought from aliens. Some of the minor secrets got leaked into the public and we are working to recover from that. We already released the DEAT virus into the network to crash as many hosts as possible, using this as an excuse to release the SAL9000 (System Against Lemonade) AI to purge the information from all computers and to prevent it from being reentered. This all is covered as a "rampant AI", nobody knows the real reasons and workings behind it...
