You do not have permission to release state controlled media inside my nation as it goes against freedom of the press.
Kecha

We also practice Freedom of Press to a high enough degree that you are not permitted to release this into our nation if it is State-controlled.

Unfortunately, since technology is not advanced enough to bend radio and television waves around a countries border, we cannot do anything about it. Radio service and television service will continue as planned.

Unfortunately, since technology is not advanced enough to bend radio and television waves around a countries border, we cannot do anything about it. Radio service and television service will continue as planned. We shall scramble the signals in our area so they cannot come through, so you don't need to do anything but just merrily broadcast to anyone willing to listen.
26-10-2003, 22:56
We too shall scramble the signals. We will do anything in our power to peacefully prevent the launching of this media network in my country.

OOC: Nothing is being "launched" in your territory, New Caucasia. It is being broadcasted from Al Anbar.

IC:

We understand your wishes and we have already jammed Kechan and New Caucasian radio and television signals as we do not permit your nations propaganda being heard here.

We understand your wishes and we have already jammed Kechan and New Caucasian radio and television signals as we do not permit your nations propaganda being heard here. So vengefull.
Renard

The United Socialist States of Renard reminds Al Anbar that it is in violation of broadcast regulations to do so without the required liscences.

Should Al Anbar decide to apply for the liscenses required, Renard welcomes it to compete in the already crowded radio and satellite markets.

We are in no violation of any broadcasting regulations as we are broadcasting from Al Anbar and not from Renard.

Minister of Information

OOC: Just as in the real world... All you need is a license from the country you are broadcasting from, not from every other country that may hear your signal. :)
Kecha

We will take any needed measures to stop these signals from entering our nation, any measures required.

We are happy to announce that we have blocked signals of the Al Anbar television channels from Omzian nation. All satellite TV viewers will receive new terminal from the Omzian State Media Corporation which blocks the signals of the AL Anbar televisions.

However, there are still reports that a few inside Omzian Nation can still receive the shortwave radio signals, and people who use stolen or/and illegit satellite TV receivers can still receive the Al ANbar television signal.

The websites will hopefully be blocked from Omzian Nation within a few days.

The bans will be lifted when we desire to.

My concern is that you want to disseminate propaganda to the world through a state run media conglomerate run by a brutal rapist and murderer such as Udai Hussein. That is my concern.
