The Rogue Nation of Rave Shentavo
A huge, socially progressive nation, notable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Education and Defence are on the agenda. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Book Publishing and Information Technology.
Scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Rave Shentavo's national animal is the chimera, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Crystal.

Capitol city
Rubane is the center of the Shentavo empire. It is multicultural. Humans make up the entirety of the population with a few exceptions. There are several museums in the district, and the school systems are the best in the nation. The Shentavo Academy is located in Rubane as well as the Shentavo mansion, however the location of the mansion is unknown to the majority of the people. The city of Rubane's favorite pastime consists of surfing and acrobatics. Yearly contests are held as an intercity olypics. The majority of the poupulation is between 20-40 years of age, followed closely by 15-19 years old. It is an old, technologically advanced city, and the highly most protected in the nation.

A city on the ourskirts of Rubane
This city is a quite town. It has a few ranches, one famous for producing the best milk in the nation. Hyku city is famous for it's extensive intrests in music and instuments. You can hear music about any place you go. A small village is at the center of Hyku, where locals enjoy the goods brought back from Rubane. Horses make up most of the animal population of this town, and it is also famous for it's breeding.

A city on the outskirts of Rubane
This small but economically astounding town. The people are generally mellow, and it has the lowest crime rate. It has the biggest mall in the nation, and has many tourist attractions as well as exhibits. It has the largest amount of restaurants per square mile and a Starbucks can literally be found around every corner.

The most popular beach which can be found west of summerset. The waters are warm and clear, and it is famous for it's cleanliness.

Rave is the mother of the Shentavo kin. With the bloodlines of a seraphim and a vampire, she struggles between a battle of light and darkness within her self, but generally tends to be one of the light. She is of Good alignment, but is quick to anger. She is compassionate and caring. She is engaged to be married to a man she would give her own life for. She is loved by her people, and protects her nation with all resources. She is highly respected, and tends to be extremely elusive. She will never give up a fight, and usually tends to be quite the opponent. With a mix of beauty, brains, and strength both mentally and physically, she certainly is a handful. Daja was the sire to Ravelyn Shentavo, an angel he had fallen in love with so much, that he trained her and honed her skill until he could teach her no more. With her, he had a son named Qui...one whom he took the pleasure of beating up every chance he got. He had a strong disliking for the boy. Daja was not quick to anger, but was quick to anger others. Due to his lust for Ravelyn, and inability to accept her love for another, a fight broke out between the two, trying to claim her above her fiance. He was terribly unsucessful...

Qui has a brilliant mind, and is also known as the mindbreaker. Torn between his two bloodlines, his darker side usually overcomes him, and he denies having a lighter side to him. He is Rave's son, and heir to the thrown. He is quick to anger, and usually passes his time by backhanding Joshua. He teaches Manipulations at the Academy, and few students pass his class. During the first year, 1/2 his students disappear, and 1/4 went crazy. However, none of these occurances has been directly linked to him, but it is said that it is the toughest class to enroll in. He had an extreme disliking for his father, whom harmed him to such a degree, it took him weeks to recover. This includes stabbing him through the spine with a sword.

Genesis was the first created of the Shentavoes by other means than birth. She is very pacient and hard to anger. Though she wants to teach elementality at the Academy, specializing in ice, she teaches telekenetics. Her class is mellow and fun, however challenging to many. She is closed to her half brother, Qui, who tends to get himself in to many predicaments due to both his attitude and quick temper. She has a loving nature and tends to balance out the Shentavoes.

Memeber of the high council
Seni is the healer of the group, and has taken a much noted affection to Alexiel. He is has a strong alligence toward Rave. He remains isolated and was most linked to Daja. Since Daja was killed by Ravelyn, he is left alone. He has a darkness deep within his heart, waiting to be unleashed. It is unclear whether his alligence to Rave still holds, but rumors have begun.

Kenja is an upbeat, perky young girl. She was sired by Qui, whom has a completely opposite personality. She loves a challenge, as well as Joshua. Her time consists of concern for her neglectful sire as well as devotion to Joshua...and protection of him from her quick tempered sire. She finds herself getting along as a student at the academy, specializing in manipulations. She has a mischevious nature. Additional notes: tends to get stuck in closets with Joshua.

Seth is compassionate and good tempered. He teaches Advanced Combat at the Academy. He is good natured, but not mellow. He usually hangs out with Qui, though tends to be around Eclipse alot. He had fallen in love with Eclipse on a dark night, when the girl had fallen under an immense amount of pain. The years went by, and he grew closer to her. They have become recently engaged. Alexiel has requested to be trained under him, however this was quite unexpectadly. Not being able to refuse the childr, he accepted her under his wing.

Alexiel is a new fledgling that was supposed to be taken under the instruction of Rave. However, she has become closer to Seth, and wishes to become his fledgling. Rave obliged, and now she sets of on her journey. Hiding a small infatuation for Corithisia, she sets out under Seth's training. She is oblivious to the fact of Seni's feelings for her, nor spends much time with him.

Azari/Yoshili had her role as a Shentavo revoked when she went against the rules of siring another while she was only a fledgling. Returning to the family after resettling the ties that were severed, she finds a great afixiation to Qui. They are as well engaged to be married, but no one thinks it will fall through. Qui does not have his mother's (Rave) blessing on it, but he has a knack for going against her commands. Azari is Joshua's sire, however she did not choose this path. Qui had nearly killed Joshua, Kenja sat by, horrified. Azari stopped him, and saved his life by siring him. She is a good sire, but still neglectful at some points. Some question where her alligence lies, with Rave, or against. She finds pleasure in going against her code, and helping a fledgling, Kain, whom was exiled from the Shentavoes as she had been by commiting the same crime.

Mar is the mellow one of the Lot. He is easy going and and can be usually found near Genesis or his half sister Crisula. He specializes in necromancy, and wished to teach it at the academy, however his suggestion was denied as the course was thought to be too dangerous. He spends most of his time reading and summoning, and intends on being a scholar.

Crisula is a telekenetics master. She is somewhat weak physically, but has an extremely powerful mind. She is the half sister of Mar Shentavo. . Rumor has it, she has some ice elementality in her, but it is yet to be seen. Born and raised in the Rogue Nation of Rave Shentavo, she was personally trained by a member of the council and the leaders left hand, Genesis. She has no quarrels with Mar, and they tend to get along fine, and spend a lot of time together. However, she has formed a closed bond with Genesis.
