Orbital Building Facility II Built.
A good long while ago we built the Orbital Building Facility, a massive, massive, MASSIVE facility contructed in the orbit of Earth, it's main function was, and still is, a shipyard for starships, it created the massive Worldship we sent off some time ago, and we eventually sold the ownership of half the OBF to Menelmacar, well now we're making a second one, it looks the same, but has some more modern Computers and such the first one didn't have, the OBF II will also have a name, which will be revealed upon the OBF II's completion, and yes, this is a Military installation.
And you're getting this into a stable...standard orbit how?
I would assume that Kecha's building it in orbit.
Would Kecha like use of our old Lunar-orbiting facility? It was built in the early 21st. century, and has been out of use for a long while now, but it still works. It has small shipbuilding facilities, and serves as an all-purpose station quite well.

Kecha, the command codes for the lunar station have been sent to you. You've saved it from becoming the object of a weapons test.

Not a bad idea...we're considering building a similar station at an undecided location...Would you consider giving the specifications for the Power generator and atmospheric thrusters?

Not really, it's a Military Installation, and in Kecha's Armed Forces, such details of Military Installations are secrets.

Well we desperately need the specs for the Atmospheric thrusters and Attitude Control Stabilizers...perhaps there is something we could provide you with as compensation...What did you have in mind?
