OOC-Ok, yes, I've been on NS for awhile. Yes I am a future tech nation. I'm trying to RP out my technology, and give some background for my my invasion of another Pacific nation. Bonus points to whover figures out my main nation.
Located in the mid western Pacific, Kalitha Ra is the capital of the Kalithan Empire. It is a city of massive proportions nestled on the surface of the ocean, and rivals New York Paris and London for the title of the world’s greatest city.

Originally called ‘Kalia’ it was the first city of the Kalithan Republic, one of the first Pacific floating nations. Built on a 40 mile wide "disc", the city floats above the waves, and, after an extensive project, now has a series of huge underwater pillars, making it like a giant oil rig. Currently, there are mines at the bottom, and under the disc is our naval yard, currently under contstruction. We pride ourselves on our independence, when we broke away from the corporations that built the main part of the city. We are researching new Selith class supercavitating subfighters.
