Earlier, The Gulf States has declared war on the terrorist International Elven Army. Although we were once allies, our current situation in the world has changed. We no longer need their assistance in terrorism, for their plans are ignored by the international community. But, their increasing frustrations due to failures has led them to create rebellion.

In the western sections of Kent, the area is lightly guarded being a hardened lava/desert wasteland. Some towns exist along the main roads. However, the border is lightly guarded - besides a barbed wire, electric - 25 foot fence. Some elves still manage to land on our south and western coasts, head towards the inland and the national border.

Dozens of IEA members have been captured at the far southwestern border of Kent, at the corner of the fence. Helicopters noticed the activity, and border patrol quickly get into a gun battle with the rebels.

Meanwhile, an IEA boat group was sunk in the Amazon River 20 miles west of the city of Manuas, Brasil. Over 20 boats were attacked, carrying nearly 700 IEA soldiers. Helicopters and small riverfront missiles helped destroy the possible invasion of the city.

However, the elves continue to land on our mainland's shores and search for our national border. In Brasil, they are advancing on Manaus through the jungles, narrow dirt paths.

Over 14 million of our military, including 6 million air force, have been sent to northwest Brasil to assist the situation and wipe out any conquest attempts. In the mainland, 3 million troops are deployed - including 1.2 million in the air force. International help is requested on putting these terrorists down, they are resillient and can go to any lengths to destroy our nation. We fear they'll use some biological agents again, or worse.

We will assist you, providing one million personnel for each front.

Back to the war...

The elves have made a second advance towards Manaus. Troops are still struggling against them, the effort containing more IEA troops than the first attack. Our men are about equal in numbers to theirs.

Also, the elves are crossing along the southern shore heading to a certain point, where they can tread north towards the headwaters of the Nassau River. However, a quarter million ground troops are protecting a 10 mile radius around the headwaters of the Nassau.

In order to assist our allies in The Gulf States, we have deployed our troops towards the Nassau River headwaters region.

Gulf - where do you want us to go to send our troops to that area?

If the offer of making a peace agreement is only possible in this situation, we would like to take part in it.

However, these elves seeking nothing but the destruction of their enemies. They are determined to create their own elven state of chaos and radicalism, in the place of our own. Their failures in the past, and the fact they're ignored by the world community, makes them only more upset.

But you do want to try and sort this out by ways of negatiation?

We will try and capture the leader of the IEA, then use him to broker negoiations of peace.

When the top dominoes fall, we can convert the rest into peaceful, Christian civilians. Some have already taken this route, quitting their terrorist roots. Some of those have joined our military to help fight against the IEA. After all, we originally converted them into Islamic terrorists for defeating enemy nations. These re-converts realize how dangerous the IEA was and is.

You yourself are the cause of the this races uprise?

That was the official response, unoficially we may help you if we recieve some trade rights. We can provide inteligance and send our task forces that are skilled in hunting down mobile enemies and with the right co-operation can hunt down enemy political/military leaders.

OOC:: Seriously people? Why are you all joining his side? For all ya know he is lying and he has been supresing the elfs for ages, or is there somehting you guys know and I don't?

We were allies. They were well treated, well paid, and served us greatly. However, some of them decided to try and create an Islamic elven state in the southwest region of our country, and in Brasil.

So they used the Chaos Virus against us, kidnap and ransom civilians, hijack airliners with intent to crash in highrise towers. They have killed over 150 in the mainland, nearly one thousand in Brasil. All civilians.

Now we've had enough of them. They have tried to claim responsibility for attacks we did not sanction. They have attacked Synchronized, while we aid them in their conquest to rule the world. They have attacked Menelmacar, trying to chip into their elven rule. They have attacked other nations, just because the nations pissed them off.

I dont condone terrorist activity on anygrounds.

There likely won't be a refugee problem, as this mainly takes place in rural, isolated parts of desert/hard lava (mainland) and jungles (Brasil).

They do not wish to negoiate. The only thing they seek is the destruction of the human race within South America and in our mainland. They would like to control their own nation in parts of our country. But, they will not stop once we agree. They will continue to seek and annex everything they desire. Their leader is no better than Hitler, with Europe in 1938.

*Pablicostas own development, built to a similar design to the Stealth bombers of today, but larger with more space gutted out for larger bomb capacity. Not greatly manouverable, but can reach top speeds of mach 4.32, although this is rarely used. Usually they rely on fighter support to cover them, which hinders them from using their full capacity flight ceiling as the fighters can not keep up the altitude.

**Pablicostas own development, a very large jet. The usually use for a Bluebottle jet is actually as a bomber, dropping bombs from low altitude at high speed. Is designed for air to air combat, which is the reason for its unbeleivable manouverability and speed, hitting mach 5 if nescesary. Can work as air support for bobers aswell, as one of the few jets cpable of matching the ceiling of the Sparrowhawk.

Anyway, the elven forces have landed around the lightly guarded Mount Hudson National Park area. TGS forces head south and east towards the region. Meanwhile, elves are trying to take over the coastal town (not shown) of Port Ficon. Our first troop deployment, although small, still stands in a fire fight.

We are thankful for Pablicosta's and F&D's help. To all the noobs, we welcome your presence too, but specs might be needed to see what you have.

Our 7th Infantry Division has been sent off by GDB-7's (high speed dune buggies with chain guns on top.) They will be assisting Gulf States troops in Port Ficon.

We hope the elves have not taken the town by the time we get there.

About 75 miles South West from Sumter, cargo jets marked with the Pablicostan flag approach in strict formation, their large engines struggling with the enourmous loads.

Abboard one of the cargo planes.

"Hey Jackie"
Calls FLT Granger as he leavesthe cokpit into the cold long cargo bay.
"Hi there Harry, any idea how long?"
The voice of a girl in her 20s replies, she was dressed in army style camouflage gear, with a camouflage cap-embossed with the San Francisco Giants logo.
"About two minutes jack, we can see the site from here, but its best to let the tanks go down first, dont want you turning into a pancake do we"
The pair laughed quietly as they checked their parachutes for the last time.
"We first again Harry?"
Asked Jackie, shouting over the engines she stood near.
"What do y'a think?"
"Thought as much, c'mon then"
Harry nodded and made his way to the large slanting wall at the back of the jet, standing with Jackie on his left.
The light set glowed red beside them, meaning 30 seconds or less to their jump.
"Whats it like out their Harry?"
"It doest look to bad to be honest Jack, a bit of a gust on the ground, but nothing we cant handle"
"Sure, Green light Harry"

"Oh Yeah, lets go"
As they lept forward out of the back of the plane, Jackie blew a kiss through the air to Harry, and then began falling rapidly, followed by a hundred other men and women. As she fell she saw streams of red and orange parachutes all arround her, gliding to the ground. She looked to the ever closing ground, and yanked her parachute out of the bag, sending her flying back up again. When she began falling again, this time more gently, she had time to watch the troops on the floor, who had allready set up temperory bases. Sattered among them, hundreds of tanks, begining to move away from the troops to be checked and organised. Beyond the base, she could see the huge Sparrowhawk bomberes thundering into the dust run way. Then taxying into their places beside the other jets, that allready landed.
Everytime Jackie made a jump, she felt completely alone, as he glided towards the ground.
But now the feeling of aloneness was gone, she concentrated harda s the wind swept her to the left as she approached the ground, before landing near the runway as a jet took off, right over her head.
"Shit!"
She yelled as she ducked, having her cap blown off by the huge engines beneath the bluebottle.

After an initial briefing with all the troops, the base, now named "Long John Island" was becoming permanent, a solid runway was being layed and proper buildings erected.
Dig in machine guns were placed all over the perimeter, controlled form a command base.

The first attack on the elven troops would happen quickly, before they knew that Pablicostan forces had arrived.
It would be a solely air attack manouver, as three Blue bottle jets sped down the runway and turned left sharply, heading for plotted positions of Elven troops.
Not a very big run was planned, each jet would drop two bombs into the vast number of Elves, hopefully taking out hundreds.
As they approached their unmissable target, they made a shallow dive to 32ft altitiude, and very high speeds.
The bombs were readied as they gained on the marching army and then, like a sea of green figures, the elves were beneath them six loud explosions echoed indside the jets cockpits as they spun and rose to high altitude, slowing down to head back to base.

Estimates of 1500 Eleven dead were brought back from the run, as the M1 tanks began patroling the area, ready for action.

- 300 SAT (Special Assualt Troops)
- around 700 pilots, medics, mechanics and other important figures who will be working with the SAT.
SAT troops are good at hunting down mobile enemy units and officers (treat them like modern Delta Force or SAS)

The small unit of elves was busy moving uphill on one of the National Parks many mountains. Their passing caused little disturbance as they expertly moved through the trees. THe lead elf raised his hand to halt his unit, the ten scouts immediatly crouched and began more intensly observing the woods, Chireaden the units corpral thought he saw something move a split second before hell broke loose. Leaves and young trees were shredded as the silence was broken by the sound of massed gunfire. Not newbies in war they immediatly fell flat on the earth though Chireaden couldn't help noticing that many of his kin were shredded in a second, he himself fired only two or three times before he felt a sharp pain in his head and he blacked out. He woke when somebody kicked him in the kidney, he moaned.
"See Sarge, I told you he was still alive. He must of got hit by a ricochet."
"Bind him."
Chireaden didn't have the strength to fight as the soldiers pulled a bag over his head and bound his hands and legs.

Hour 17 of the siege on Port Ficon. Gulf States troops and IEA rebels equal about 2500 each. The last of the townspeople are being evacuated inland with black hawk helicopters. Flocarga and Delmarva's 7th Infanty arrives, and starts to help push back the Elvens. The Elves lose about 50, before they start to retreat along the shoreline. One of the Gulf States units, the 3rd Kent Special Ops, has swooped around the line to see two enemy ships in the harbor. The unit now has the two ships captured and under survelliance. Several important documents have been recovered, but remain classified. They have been shipped to Lexington for further inspection.

Port Ficon is on the bay at the eastern end of Dry Rock Flats Territory. The rebels are heading along the shore - but on land - east into the Southern Territory. Some of the elves are trying to move around the top of TGS line and plan to return towards Port Ficon. Others are trying to retreat but cover the Southern Territory at the same time.

More reinforcements currently are off the coast of Mt. Hudson National Park, but two of our warships intercepted them. One of the four elven ships has been boarded and captured. Preliminary reports suggest they were heading to back up at Port Ficon.

The 7th Infantry has moved northward to intercept the breakoff elven group turning back towards Port Ficon. They covered a hole, and created a bend in the front line. More of our troops, including the 28th and 49th, are heading southwest towards Port Ficon.

Some of our naval fleet is leaving Norfork to block enemy ships from reaching the shoreline.

The observing troops take their aim on the elfs below. Speaking quietly through a headset, the commander speaks to his men.
"Blow Boys, take them-the rest of you, get ready, when the cloud goes up, we need to be down their to confront them when the smoke clears."

Along the line, troops nod, right arround the edge of the valley, whichis shaped like an inverted volcano.

The commander raises his arm, and drops it.
Immediatly a loud click is heard, then a long whistling noise as two rockets speed towards the ground.
As they explode deep in the elven numbers, a huge cloud erupts, covering the area where the elfs sat.

When the cloud began to fade, 200 well equiped soldiers stood with their weapons poised to fire at the elfs.

Some elfs reached for weapons, but were stopped if they had a slodier close enough, or shot dead if not.

Two Chinook Choppers moved into the area, landing in some tree cover. Towards the rear of them, they were marked with the Pablicostan flag. Men streamed out of them, creating a line to the door, reaching right to the elfs. One saluted the commander of the 4th Infantry, and began ushering elfs down the line, into the choppers.

When all the elfs were loaded in, they began flying back to base, leaving the 4th Infantry alone in the valley.

They began to mvoe back up to where their jeeps and trucks were parked waiting when they heard gun fire, and then screams. As the commander turned, hundreds of elfs began streaming out of a cave at the base of the valley. The 4th Infantry scrambled further up the valleys side, reaching the light tree cover at the top with three casualties.

"Return Fire!"
Called the commander, as his men took up their weapons and began firing down into the valley.
They took cover behind stacks of logs, which sheilded them from a lot of the gun fire.
The gunfight lasted for abbout 2 and a half hours, untill reinforcements arrived in the form of a group of M1 tanks, which began firing down heavy ammunitions, tearing appart the elven units.
Although the battle was victorious, 23 men and women of the 4th Infantry were lost to elven gunfire.
When the group returned to the base, they found the 178 elfs they had captured were locked away where they belong.
The construction crews had erected a large prison area, consisting of many large cages, each aimed to hold 50 elfs, their was arround 10 of these cages.
When the commander of the 4th Infantry returned he went straight into the comms tent and dialed for Home Base. When he got through, he spoke clearly, but not calmly.

"We need Sea Cover!"

Then before a reply, he swiftly hung up and ehaded of to the mess for somne food.

The prisoners which should be already at your HQ appear to be officers though initial interogations did not prove this and we do not have the time to make a full interogation for elven movement in the park have intensified and along with other inteligance reports it appeares that they may be preparing for a new offensive.

In Manuas, Brasil -

Elven rebels are once again trying to siege the city. Flocarga and Delmarva bombers are dropping payloads on top of the enemy. We estimate several hundred elves have lost their lives, and their supplies have been crippled along their line in the region. Our naval ships assist TGS' with a blockade on the Amazon River - around the city of Manuas, at the mouth of the river, and 40 miles upstream from Manuas. Warships continously fire away at any elven attacks on the blockships. A fort has been established 27 miles west of Manuas on the opposite riverbank, where the path between the elven settlement and Manaus borders the river. Three times our troops have tried to rush up this path to gain the 13 miles to the elven settlement, but we've been driven away. Once the war keeps progressing, we plan to make a powerful push with tanks and over humvee vehicles. The settlement's exact location is hard to pinpoint, being partially underground housing and the rest covered by tree cover.

A man wearing a gean military jump suit runs from the satelite hut, a peice of paper in his hand flapping arround in the wind.

"Sir.....(pant).....Sir!"

"Yes?? What is it?"

"satelites are showing 3000 elves moving our way, fast."

"What, let me see that!"
The commander snatches the paper from the younger man and scans his eyes accross it, satelite pitures of elfs, moving north west.

"Good work soldier, tell everyone, defensive positions. NOW!"

Air horns sound arround the base, and soldiers beginb running, getting kit ready and checking weapons. They assemble in a horse shoe shape at the rear of the base, facing the attackers. They duck well out of sight in the hill side to the north, an the air force moves North East to an airbase in Sumter, as the troops ready themselves.

"Incoming enemy units, prepare to move on the back foot, theres a lot of them-no harsh manouvers here"

Again troops nod right arround the formation as the elven troops walk contently into the military base. The elves have a curious look on their faces, as they look arround for the Pablicostans.
Behind the hillside, the commanders of the 4th, 5th and 6th infantry divisions, along with the fourth major tank command unit, prepare their men for the attack.
Then, like clockwork, 1500 men and women stood from behind the hill, and begin laying round after round into the elfs.
As soon as the elfs returned fire, they were met with a hale of heavy tank fire, exploding within their ranks.
In the haze that followed, both armies spread themselves back into the base, taking cover behind military vehicles or sand bunkers.
During this fiasco, another 1000 men spread themsleves from insde the tents, allmost leveling the numbers.

The elfs had been put on the back foot from a spell of explosives fire form an explosives team who had made it arround the side and behind them elven numbers.
40 Pablicostans had been killed so far, but an estimate of 500 Elfs lay cold and dead on the ground.
Soon the rest would join them.
A daring manouver form a team in the 7th infantry began the downfall of the elfs.
They worked their way arround the base, finishing right at the back of the elven troops positions. Crouching behind the bunker theirmounds into the air, convincing the ekven men that they had comrades behind them.
Then, the fire turned on the e;ves, from close range tearing out organs and leaving them strewn on the floor.
The elfs quickly took out the 7 men, but the 5 c4 packages that were placed amongst them would haunt the elfs, for atlweats another 5 seconds.
5,4,3,2,1-and then a deafoning series of blips, followed by a deadly blast, from 5 different packages-taking most of the Elven with it.
50 or so were left and were quickly handled by the Pablicostans, all were killed not imprisoned.

A honourable funeral was held for the 7 men who risked their lifes, and succeeded in bringin down the elven army.

Prince Alexander read his despatches. "Okay. Has the Elentari made a position clear yet?"

The councillors shook their heads.

"In that case..." He folded it up into a paper airplane and sent it flying across the room. A rub of his ring and it exploded in midair. Alex stood up. "I have a fiance who I've been neglecting lately, some documents to sign and a parade to watch. Good day to you."

Back on the mainland -

Two elven boats were sunk off the southern coast, after they fired upon one of our warships. We assume a couple hundred more elvens were killed in the sinkings. The elves which tried to run in the Southern Territory were ambused by the 3rd Nassau Infantry - swooping in from the south. They were backed up by the 17th Flordis and the 23rd Bardista.

The war is progressing as days continue. Even more of our troops are coming along to wipe out the remaining elves. However, more elves are trying to find holes around our blockade.

In Brasil - a section across from the river 27 miles west of Manuas has been bombed. When the dirt settled, the area was cleared to be host to landing troops. Our troops have crossed the river, and begun to storm up the road to the elven settlements. We gain several miles in a period of hours, with little resistance.

Today another 130 elves were captured sweeping through the woodlands along the road.
