OOC: Noone, NOONE knows of this ICly, so if you want to find out for God-knows-why, T-Gram me with a GOOD reason.

IC: Construction of a large, subaquatic base has been started, this base is underwater deep off the coast of South Islan, can hold all 20 SSBNs of the Kechan Navy, and has a large, reinforced tunnel that leads to/from a hidden door on land, this base is being built as a just-in-case measure.

OOC: I'll post some more specs on it soon.

I'm just curious about how one would go about building and using something like this.

As it is a secret base, do you need to create a thread saying you have built it, or what? On one hand, it is a secret base, on the other hand it could bring accusations of god-moding/cheating.
