Is there a universal rule of thumb for this, as in 1 RL day = 1 NS month, or 1 RL week = 1 NS year?

If not, has this issue been discussed before? What rule do you follow?

it depends on how you want to rp time. some people say there country has been around for thousands of years (rp) while others (like me) just relate 1 ns day into 1 rl day
