now I understand making an english error while talking among friends, but looking at some of these resolutions and especially proposals, the weak grammar and spelling can really completely change the meanig of the resolution, in addition to removing the feel that this is a real UN resolution. PLease, do a simple grammar or spellcheck before posting a proposal. Can I get an Amen?
