After weeks of negioation and Belem diplomacy(OOC: basically do what we say or we invade) Belem diplomats have succesfully negoitated for the following nations to gain colony status:
South Africa
Namiba
Bostwana
Zimbabwe(Rhodesia)
Mozambique
Belem laws will be enacted as soon as the colonial governors are put into place.
The former governments were given generous monetary offerings to relinquish control.

Interesting that all these nations surrendered so soon and around the same time. If we paid a small annual fee, would Belem allow the establishment of several Trojan diamond mining facilities in South Africa?
We await your response.
Ambassador Peleus
-The Trojan Empire-
Of course. We request 15% of the gross profits in return for allowing the mines.
The Trojan Empire

Aye. Agreed.
-- Peleus
Your men can begin moving into position whenever you want.

Yes, of course. We shall be gathering several dozen families to colonize the areas. We ask if we may apply Trojan laws to the mining towns.

OOC:Belems goal is basically to have all the Subsaharan nations colonized within 20-30 years.
OOC:Intresting since nearly all of Europe, all of North Africa and most of the middle east is either with daemon or with the Central European pact.

The Pan-Haaregradian Armed Forces will assist Lusaka if she is threatened. The Lusakian people shall feel no need to fear the religious tyrany of Belem.
Imperial Diplomats have been deployed to the following nations to convince there governments to join into the mutually benefitial pact.
Angola
Malawa
Zambia
The Congo
Most of them being war torn would most likely welcome the stable order of Belem politics.
The Emperor has declared money is no option in the push for the dominance of the continent of Africa.

Sorry, we'll be keeping that.
And Zimbabwe and Zambia are amalgamated into the Territory Co-Prosperity Sphere, which is a ridiculously militarized billion-plus nation with SATO membership.

The Emperor has called for more diplomats to be deployed to Africa citing the goal of a Belem controlled Africa in 10 years.
So far over 2 billion dollars have been given to Kings, Presidents and warlords for them to relinquish there control and to relocate to a neutral country.

Troy is a pagan nation. That is, our gods are that of Zeus, Hera, Phoebus Apollo, Pallas Athena, Poseidon, Hermes, Aphrodite, and so forth.
Elections in Troy are mostly used as a diversionary tactic to appease the populace. The elected have next to no power.
Ambassador Peleus
-The Trojan Empire-
Pagan practices are not allowed within the Empire.
Update:
Following nations have accepted colony status:
Angola
Tanzania
Kenya.
Belem how has nearly complete control over all nations below the equator.

All the meanwhile people in NYNJ find it funny that nations who spent years fighting gurillea wars against Imperial nations, suddenly want to revert back to a period where they are colonies under another nations banner. Of course this fact wasnt lost upon the OSS who began to covertly probe opposition groups in the areas that Belem was now calling colonies. Their task was to find the most radical of groups and begin to build a base of revolution in each nation. The task would not be easy for Belem to root out either. With the OSS agents came a set of orders and instructions for the opposition groups which included several tips and ways to grow under a governments nose.
"Opposition rallies, should be held every once and awhile and only for those things in which the majority of the people felt strongly against."
"Violence early on,will only mean the leaders of a resistance movement will be found out sooner. Violence should only begin when resistance movements are large enough to pose a signifficant threat."
"The jungle is a friend to all. Use of it to train and to use as a base can be extremely helpful. Jungle warfare is dreaded to any nation unaccustomed and not ready for it."
"Infighting amongst resistance groups only weakens the movement. Not strengthens it. Control of the nation should be left to politics after the fighting not durning the fighting."
Several other things were included but it was mostly common sense things like this.
Big cash payouts to local warlords and kings convinced them to sign over to colonial status.

Sorry but Ethopia and the Sudan are part of the pact.
The Central European Pact is an antiSynchronized Political and Miltary Allance which is in a cold war with Synchronized and their Protectorates or as they put it, an evil that threatens all of humanity.
ah ok. ok they arent colonies then. I still have a good enough link between North and South without them.

I know. It was a really good RP. I guess my troops from there are home now, and I'm on an RP hiatus for now (at elast until this one major paper gets done). But still, I hope to be back in the whole RP thing soon! :D
