*Rangoth sent out invitations to known vampiric nations today,inviting the national leaders to a conference.The presidential palace is being prepared and special ops surrounding the city.

Rangoth's citizens also prepare on their own.They put signs up on apartment windows and lawns, welcoming vampires.Hotels overwhelming with luxury are prepared for the guests as well.

Many volunteers have signed up to supply fresh blood to vampires.The nation's own vampiric leader sendes his welcmong speech with the invitations.

"Dear fellow vampiric nations.Rangoth is calling each of you to its home,in order that our ties to each other might grow stronger.We are a scattered race.Some of us have found favour in the eyes of our fellow countrymen,and have risen to power.We need to rise to the demands of this power,and re-unife our race."

*Also along with the invitations is sent a small vial of blood straight from the president's servers.A sign of well meaning that he gives away this rare blood of his close humans.*

*A limo pulls up to the palace and a man dressed in black steps out into the night.He and two other men walk twoards the Rangoth Presidential Palace.The man comes up to the door,and gives the invitation to a guardsman.*

"I am the eternal leader of the Elf-Angels country.I am here at the request of your leader."

*the doorman takes the pass.He nods the man past.As the man enters another man dressed in a black suit greets him.*

"Hello,I am the president of Rangoth,Patrick,the one whos called you here.Please won't you?"

*Patrick leads him to a table which has many wine glasses with blood in them.The two sit down and wait for others.*
