The Reich is not invited to send a representative. ((And OOC, the term "diplomatic rp" is the condition of the consensual rp, not just a description. I plan to ignore violence that doesn't grow naturally our of the subtle machinations of diplomacy.))

The Reich is a type of organization that likes to talk a lot. They usually let their bombs speak for them.
((OOC: Not many people will appreciate that. You have to realize that sometimes the best RP of a nation is one where they attack without reason. Some nations like this are the Brotherhood of Nod, Melkor Unchained, most of the Reich, Burnanatonia, and the Silver Turtle. There are many, many others))
((OOC: I know. This particular nation is new but it's not my main one and I've been around enough to know that. In fact, one of my other nations is involved in a war rp right now. And no I'm not saying who. But I do play in and enjoy invasion rps. But I also like other kinds of rp and don't enjoy their arbitrary interruptions for random invasions. Which is why I'm posting clearly that it's going to be ignored. This is consensual rp and I can set OOC conditions before entering/starting an rp. Anyone who wants to do an rp set in or involving an attack on this nation can always telegram me but I'll say right now I don't see the fun in simply getting randomly whomped by a massive nation the day I make a new nation.))
