We also have a Flak Tank and Missile Tank in the pipeline, in our project to replace our old ground forces. and order for 800 of these have been placed.

Might want to get a bigger vehicle, 20 people in that is like a Clown Car. The V-100 (Pic of APC) can fit less than 10... Try something bigger, even the M113 Gavin can't fit 20.

Stryker can only fit about 7 passengers + 2 crew.
The MTLV http://www.uniteddefense.com/www.m113.com/mtvll.html can hold quite a few soldiers (extended cab M113).
