The Emperor donned his Ceremonial robe. beside him lay the new book of law.

It was called "The book of law-dictators edition."

He was escorted by faithful henchmen onto the balcony from where he would address the public.

"My people. we stand on the bridge of peace and justice. Our Empire is strong, but there are stronger Empires out there, ready to conquer. now to protect the people, new laws are in place."

"There is going to be non-human slavery. Our Empire must show that only humans are superior. "

"There is to be selected Female Sex slavery, so that the men may relax."

"All women will have their titles, jobs and power stripped, and men will be given power over them. Women are inferior. We must prove this to them."

"Men will be permitted to as many wives as they want, and may do with them as they wish."

"Murder of a non-human or woman is no longer a crime, as they are not classed at our level."

"Selected Executions will happen every week, to ensure that people stay in line. Those who have not will die, on live television, in front of millions of people. Watching of this show will be MANDATORY."

"Conscription is now legal. all men must perform at least 7 years military service. those who do badly will die."

"So it is written, so it is done. Also, any attempts at rebellion will force our military to shoot on sight. Thank you for your presence my people."

With that, the Emperor left the stand. A crowd of 7,000 shocked people just stood there in terror.

"What kind of a madman is he? I...AIEEEEE!"

The speaker was stabbed 7 times in the chest.

"Follow the laws and no-one gets hurt." said the troop standing there.

A new order was in place-a powerful one, ruling by fear...

We fear that you new laws are misguided. You must see the value of your female populace. To place them in the position of second class or worse citizens and not protect them is a fatal mistake. You will quickly find yourself without a population base. Perhaps you would like to reconsider this position.

Your non-human population can also add a great deal of diversity and potential growth, both scientific and cultural.

The killing of your population for holding different views is also a bad idea. No nation that has done this has ever survived the internal upheaval that is caused by this action. It only takes killing one wrong person to change dislike into revolution, one that I am sure would be supported by many outside forces.

For the good of your populace and the continueing existance of your nation I would suggest that you rethink your current laws.

A group of men walk through the marketplace in military uniform.

They go over to a small store where women are shopping for food.

The man ran out of the room in fear. The Emperor signaled to a henchman.

He hung up the cell phone and rolled out of the bed. He turned to his wife, Katherine, "I've got to go to someplace called Psychotic Imperialists... they're doing some bad stuff. I gotta talk them down before it hits the fan."

She sighed, "I'll have the hospital waiting for you."

He stood up and picked up his PDA and cell phone, "I should just have an office here, as much as I'm here." He said as he walked out to meet the approaching aerodyne.

Somewhere in Psychotic Imperialists

Shannon Raye, an ASOIA field agent, along with her team packed up their equipment as quickly as they could. Their orders were to leave the country immediately due to the possible future conflict. The team consisted of Raye as team leader, three men and two women, they had finished packing the survaillence equipment and their personal effects when they sat and discussed how to leave.

"We can't go to the airport, they'll arrest the women and make them slaves." said Daniel, the weapons expert.

"Well, we aren't citizens of this nation, they should just let us leave, right?" asked Jessie, the communications officer.

"True, but they seem to really hate women here, so I can see them giving us a hard time." explained Daniel, "What other choices do we have?"

"There is a Navy submarine off the coast, an Ohio class. They arrived once the order was given to pull out... they are our Plan B for getting out of this shit-hole of a country." said Raye as she looked out their hotel window.

"Well, then it's settled, we try the airport... if that doesn't work, we'll go out with the sub." said Daniel as he lit a cigarette.

Jeff sat sipping his coffee, "We've averted war by giving into these people once. I can't stand by and let them torture their own people. Gentlemen, there is a point where decent people have to take a stand for those who cannot, regardless of their nationality. This monster is letting his women be raped, his people tortured and murdered. We have to draw a line in the sand. We have to 'convince' him to stop."

The team exited the hotel and loaded their equipment into their rental SUV. Once that was done, they got in and started towards the airport. Raye handed out the passports for each team member, they were different that those they used to get into the nation.

After twenty minutes of driving they reached the airport, the team took the equipment out and left the SUV in the parking lot. They then entered the airport and as the team waited, Raye walked up to the ticket desk and asked for 6 tickets for a flight to Aequatio...

At the dead of night a group of ten BSF (Busby Special Forces) infaltrated the coast of PI. Their mission to rescue a family. IMPORTANT: Don't not rescue anyone else, it could compromise the mission. Evade detection and use force as a last resort. You will meet a group of Crapes special forces at the follow cordinates. These will assist you in completing the mission. This mission is a danagerous one, we know little of this country. Rescue the family and bring them back to the follow coordinates.

They simply turned around and walked towards the exit, they would head out to the SUV and get to the extraction point... they could not blow their cover trying to save Raye, she had been captured doing her duty for her country and people...

The group of BSF dragged their small rafts ashore and hid them in bushes. Then they grouped together to plan. There were eight men and two women in the party.

"Ok, this is the deal. Not long ago the leader of this so called country decleared that all foreign personal will be shot." He looked at the two women. "And women taken as slaves. It is vital that Beth and Mary not kept captured and any of you." They all nodded. "Ok, our objective is to rescue a family as you know. The city they are in is a long way from here, so get ready for a long hike. We shall meet with Crapes special forces about 30 clicks from here. Ok lets go. Rob you on point."

The team moved out and began the long hike.

Jeff sat in the small infirmary with Dr. Niven and waited.

"Damnit, there's got to be a way to stop this wacko before he turns his country into another Somalia," he said.

"What about a tactical strike on his home?" Jeff asked.

"Thirty eight. All of them with the proper police response," Interior Minister Darth Villius added with a smile, "We seem to be trying hard to find them. Or so their embassies believe. We also had five real disappearances, but they were all robbed and killed and we could return their bodies to the corresponding embassies. "

"Excellent. Any information extracted from them?"

Villius produced a thick dossier and handed it to the Emperor, "Here, my Lord."

"I'll review this later. I think I am going to try to get some cash from that loser. You can leave."

The Emperor turned to his computer and opened a channel with Psychotic Imperialists.

through the night there was massive noise and gunfire as every foriegn citizen was found and slaughtered. Although some were still out there, fighting.

There are currently 40 Dead unidentified foriegners, and 30 unidentified new sex slaves. they will be given new names to suit their job.

Executions and hunting continues. At the same time, a curfew is in place. ANYONE on the street will be shot.

In response to international pressure, we have begun to entrench our nation. defences are being set up, troops are being prepped, and citizens are ready to fight for their country.

As Nelson prepares the special forces units for a night-time landing, chaff missiles launch from the Guardian's and Goliath's bays, spreading reflective metal throughout PI's airspace to scamble his radar signals.

... The first of two suicide ships slammed into Guardian's hull, ripping huge holes in the ship.

Guardian and Samurai begin to buckle as the suicide ships hit them. The crews rushed out and began alternating between bailing water, and turning the cannons, rifles, anything they had on the incoming ships.

The Missile frigates turned their weapons to bear on the suicide boats.

Missiles smashed into the Fleet, causing detonation after detonation that engulfed the entire suicide fleet.

The explosion was so large, it lit up the horizon for 7 miles...

IC: The helicopters took off from the ships as quickly as they could, moving toward the shoreline under cover of missile, rocket and cannon fire from the frigates and other warships. They tried to stay under any possible radar that cut through the chaff.

"Striker Team one, standing by," one voice said. "We're to land here," he showed on a linked computer with the other ships, "Away from the fighting. We need to try and slip into the capital to find the hostages. Anyone fires at us, our orders are to take 'em out with extreme measures."

Trees are torn asunder as the first of many Imperial dropships arrive, deploying hundreds of troops who quickly build up a forward command post to plot their taking of the capital.

These were the last words that two young friends flying escourt craft would ever hear as AA fire destroyed thier aircraft.

Anti-aircraft fire rips into one of the choppers, tearing it to shreds in a matter of seconds.

"Seperate, make it harder to hit them. Home, it'd be nice if you boys would stop dropping paper on these people and start dropping things that would make a difference here," he said.

Aboard the Guardian, which finally leveled off from taking on too much water, a quick plan was formulated. The F-111's landed on the nearby Goliath for a refuel and bomb replacement and relaunched, with a detachment of F-18's in support and sprinted out to reach the area before the choppers.

70 Deployed Eagle tanks rumble over trees, bridges and Deserted towns as they move on the capital...

Behind them, more dropships arrived, dispatching the staff to form a MASH unit.

The 48 X-45s still in the air turn to assist with escourting the Larkinian bombers. They drop thier payload on any targets that present themselves.

"The Imperial Navy has sent Tanks at us sir."

"Well, dispatch our 50 Goliath tanks to intercept."

(Goliaths are baisicly just a medium tank with a 100 mm Barrel cannon.)

They began to rumble towards the Imperial Lines...

The F-111's swoop in to drop more meaningful bombs on the remaining flak units, while the helicopters begin to drop the special forces units on the far side of the city from the Imperial Navy's LZ.

"We'll meet you boys in the middle," Captain Paul Maddox said on a secured line. "Spread out, Falcon formation."

The teams split and headed toward the city

"Incomming enemy tanks."

"Form an Anti-Tank wall."

"Set up the ATT's here. we'll deal with them."

"Larkinia, remain stealthy-try not to let them spot you."

The X-45s break into 8, 6 plane groups and form up into V groups. They then make the daring move to fly just above the tree line to do recon and take out any military targets that present themselves.

The 223rd Bomber Wing stationed in Aequatio has taken off with its entire compliment of 64 B-52H heavy bombers and they are now en route to hit cities and industrial centres including dockyards and factories.

Task Force 48 has come within 700 kilometres of the PI coast and have launched strike F/A-18F Hornets to hit targets within the cities as well, mostly government buildings and military armouries.

Cruisers and Destroyers have moved ahead with assault ships to land the Marines on the coast so they can move inland to reinforce allied forces.

Team Angel slid towards the outskirts of the city, teams Bravo and Cavalier behind them. The few other teams were spreading out around the perimeter. Several scouts were in the trees looking ahead for soldiers.

General Shmikov stared in horror from his command tank as the first Imperial Volley ripped apart 17 of his 50-tank unit.

More tanks exploded under the Imperial Volley.

"Fall back! We'll regroup in Danza!" (Danza is a town.)

The tank group turned around and made full speed for the town.

The Marines hit the beach with relative ease, since there was nothing to stop them after Celeborne had smashed the PI defences. Immediately after setting up a beachhead, they mounted up into vehicles and moved forward to support Celeborne Forces.

The ground attack aircraft from the carriers moved inland and dropped their payloads on the town of Danza as to ease the fighting for the Imperial Navy forces.

The Aequatian Marines entered a small town which was missed by the Celeborne spearhead assault, tanks and other armoured vehicles came to a stop in the square. A tank's hatch was opened and the division's commander climbed out and sat on the turret reading a tactical map, as Marines dismounted from armoured personnel carriers.

"Sir, where to now?" asked a young Captain, his rifle slung over his shoulder.

"The fighting may be over, I beleive that PI forces have surrendered," replied the Brigadier, "The last I heard the Air Force was pulling their bombers back and we were ordered to stay put until further notice."

"Damn, this sucks... we finally get here and we haven't fired a shot... damn Air Force flyboys getting all the fun." said the Captain as he walked back over to his company.

The Brigadier sat there, lighting up a cigar and looking around the small town.

I think that's something we can help you with ;) In addition to some reconstruction funds. What do you say fellas? I'll throw a few (hundred) mil into the pot to start.

We will also assist with peace keeping forces and the sum of 50 billion dollars to assist with rebuilding. However we shall administer the funds that we donate.

The Brigadier looked at his bored soldiers and got on the comm-link, "Alright, people, the fighting has pretty much ended. Pack up and head back to the beachhead, we're going home."

"This is bullshit!" yelled a tank commander sitting on the turret, his legs hanging from each side of the main gun. His statement is followed by protests from the other Marines around him.

"I know, but that's the way things are done now... so pack up and let's just go home." replied the Brigadier, he can't help but feel robbed as well.

The force mounts back up into their vehicles and starts on a route back to the beachhead where the Navy is awaiting to extract them. Along the way, a few bored Marines toss footballs into the air and others fire at them like skeets.
