Surrounded by a sea of people the first gathering of citizens since the bombing of the Secondry Square of Enlightenment only 5 months ago Carlos looks out into the sea of Holy empire flags, banners with the words "Long Live the Empire!" written in bold black letters. The crowd, hundreds of thousands of voices chanting as one. "Heil The Führer! Long Live the Empire!" over and over.
Raising his hands in the air the crowd notices as usual the gun clutched in his left hand. The signal for silence the crowd goes quiet instantly. "People of the Holy Empire, Enlightened beings and pure peoples. Today marks a historical step for the Holy Empire! Long have we suffered external criticism for our way of life, long have we been denounced for our beliefs. No more will this happen!
Today marks the first day of Imperial Isolationism, tomorrow you will wake up in a world free of negative comments! A world free of verminous plagues that call themselves freedom fighters! Tomorrow you will wake up in a land that is pure! A land that will no longer be hampered and held back by the outside views of people that do not understand us!
Tomorrow these vermin will not exist in our eyes! Tomorrow we will be exalted! The gates of the Empire do draw closed as we speak, flight paths are being shut down, shipping lanes fortified the military is rising to security levels. Tomorrow we will be independant of all the world and seure in our realm! Tomorrow we become silent to the out cries of the world, tomorrow we become free of blatant lies and attempts to frame us!
When we shut down to international communities we will be removing from our lands the very people that would shout us down. Allied tourists are being respectfully returned home and non-allied people deported as quickly as possible. NO more will we suffer from infectious plagues that are not us or our allies!
Your lands will once more be free of verminous taints! Rejoice in your new found enlightenment!" as one the hundreds of thousands of voices roar their approval banners wave and feet stamp on stadium floors t he echoes of the pure cry out into the night. Their thunder rings to the lands around them.
All over the empire and it's colonies military units upgrade to heightened levels of security intelligence sources begin once more scanning the information lanes, satellites once dormant become active once more. In the air the roar of combat air craft can be heard now and then as the Empire closes it's doors to all.
In africa border patrols triple their presence along non-friendly borders in Libya the government gives way to military control, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and the Western Sahara close their borders off and trade trickles in slowly through secured sources. In the oceans Iraqstani naval forces close off all but three trade lanes restricting trade to only those most allied to them.
All over the world Imperial holdings go silent....The Holy Empire has closed itself off.........
(OOC: nope I aint leaving so poor you people that dislike me ;) Just takeing a reprieve from outside RP. As such the RPs I got going wil lcontinue to go until finished but I will not be takeing on any more RPs in the near future. When I reopen my borders expect to see some new toys and some old toys. A hint keep an eye on my Labs of a wizard, mind of a madman thread for ideas as to what is being built. It'll have alot there. Anyways enjoy the above piece of writing ;).)
