Tortuga begins to disarm

In accordance with the Surrender Treaty signed by the current Tortugan Government to end hostilities with the Allied Nations, Tortuga is beginning the first stages of disarmament

Naval Agreements
1. All Shipyards with the exception of light facilities at Port Royal, are being dismantled and/or destroyed
2. Port Royal Naval Base is being turned over to the Allied Nations
3. All Submarines, nuclear or attack, have been recalled and accounted for, and are beginning to be dismantled under the eye of Allied occupiers
4. All Surface Naval Ships that survived intact are being dismantled with the exception of 3 outdated destroyers, 1 obselescent frigate, and 6 Harbor Defense Boats (With only twin .50 cal now) to serve as the new Tortugan Defense Navy
5. Any building, purchasing, or manning of submarines is strictly prohibited

Air Force Agreements
1. All Aerial Assets are being dismantled, with the exception of one wing of F-4 Phantoms, and one squadron of Light (Biplane) recon planes
2. All Airbases with the exception of Inclirk Air Base (Being reduced) outside Tortuga are being destroyed or turned over to Allied Occupation Forces
3. The Air Force must not expand any further without consent of all Allied Nations

Army Agreements
1. The Army (What is left) is being reduced to 56,000 effectives
2. All Armored assets are being destroyed, except for 50 M49 tanks and 10 M60 Patton tanks
3. All Attack helicopters are banned, only 150 transport helicopters allowed
4. The Army must not expand
5. Artillery reduced to light-medium armament, and only 250
6. AA reduced to only Light Flak

National Agreements
1. The new government must be ratified by the Allied Nations
2. Must pay war debts of 50,000,000,000 to each Allied Nation
3. Must ratify this treaty to be recognized
4. The Government does not have the power to declare war, forces cannot be deployed outside of the nation, only used in defensive purposes.

Well... considering the billions of dollars he cost the Allied during the merchant theatre of war, I consider it lenient
