on oct 22 2003 et, the newly formed nation spitfire89 annouced a mech program to be initiated immediatly, The dictator was qouted to say " From the bowels of the earth, I'v risen to become your leader. I will lead you all to victory over the evils and produce a freestate for ourselves and the world." He was later shown the plans for the first prototypes and was said to be very excited.

The nation of Kartoffelburg has always been interested in incorporating a verticle-tank research program into their military budget, and would be quite willing to co-develope the prototype mechs along with spitfire89.
This technology would then be used by the Kartoffelburg military for defensive and peace-keeping purposes only. Therefore, heavy emphasis will be placed on armor and defensive capabilities rather than range and assualt issues.

Assnine, that is precisely why Kartoffelburg is working together with Spitfire to co-develope this technology. The job is too big for one country. If you would like to donate financially, I'm sure we could give you access to the plans before we release them for sale on the open market.
I assumed I'm on earth and yes other programs include basic space program (eg. telescopes, no spacecraft yet,) a intense ranger training program, and a very aggresive mechanical division. how do I find what planet I'm on??????

Guerrilla training camps can be used in terroist hit and run tacticts. As far as our knowledge Pilon and I where the only nations not on good terms and our intel tells us that you are making the camps against anyone not on good terms.
