President Habib Muqtader, the newly elected President appears behind a podium, just thirty minutes after he is officially named President of the People's Republic of Central Boroglia. Four days ago, he was elected by the people of Boroglia.
"People of Central Boroglia!" says the President, "I come before you today as the elected President of the People's Republic."
"I am thankful that the people of Central Boroglia have elected me as their representative for the next five years. I pledge to every single Boroglian that I will improve the quality of life for all Boroglians and not only that, I will do my best at reuniting us with our brothers and sisters in North and Southern Boroglia."
"The first thing I have ordered in order to accomplish the above goals is the creation of the People's Liberation Army of Central Boroglia. Many of its members will be from the already trained Army of Boroglia currently commanded by Al Anbar and Boroglians."
"The PLACB will be trained, supplied, and supported by the Iraqi government until it can stand on its own two legs."
"By the end of this month, we will totally be in control of the educational system, no longer having to rely upon Iraqi teachers. The Ministry of Education will be advised by the Iraqis should we need any assistance, but I believe we can complete this task ourselves!"
