In orbit around Letila, the first shipyard is under construction. This, combined with hypermatter, will give Letila a huge boost. Letila officials say that it will be complete in about one month. An organization known as the goa'uld are currently putting pressure on Letila and people are worried about a possible war.

Hypermatter is similar to regular matter, but is made of particles far heavier than protons and neutrons. As a result, it contains a lot more energy for a given volume. It will make my ships able to carry months of fuel and use it a lot.

That's because speed isn't their strong point. They have kiloton level lasers and megaton level torpedoes.

The lasers can do about 5 kilotons in one second each and the torps do 25 megatons each. They have amorphous armor which is very good at repeling explosions and ramming, though not especially good against energy weapons.

We got a lot of it from stuff left behind by Terra Pvlchra. They were very wise to leave behind a lot of information on hypermatter. It helped us tremendously.

They're coming along. There's been a general "dip" in production due to the heavy R&D occuring, but your promised first cruiser and destroyer should be ready shortly.

In my conlang, the person, number, and noun class(there are 3, animate, inanimate, and immaterial) of both the subject and the verb are on the verb, so "I see" would be Tl!ama and "I see you" would be Tl!akema. It probably is a shield generator. Think about it. Ackbar orders full firepower against the Executor. Someone blows up the dome. Piett orders "Increase forward firepower, I don't want anything to get through."

My conclusion? The domes are a dedicated bridge shield system. Piett is ordering them to protect the bridge until the rest of the shield generators can compensate and regenerate the shields up there. Simple, huh?
