Leaders of the world,

It is a bitter time in our nation. My younger brother has tried to wrest power from me, resulting in a civil war that has weakened our powerful nation. In this state, as I have tried to establish order, as I have tried to suppress the ones responsible for supporting my brother - in particular the Axa and Yerwahts - we are ill-prepared to suppress the rampant expansionist policies of several of our powerful neighbours within the Devils Desert.

We have refused to become a signatory of a defense pact in operation between many of the nations in the Devils Desert [including such powerful nations as Dominion Los Bananos el Fuego, Thulackack, Yerwaht, Whispering Voices and Santa Barbara] - and we believe that some signatories, jealous of our awesome industrial and military might, wish to take advantage of my younger brothers foolhardy actions to depose my legitimate authority and replace it with a puppet government that will be happy to spill Anaxan blood for non-Anaxan interests.

We are therefore, reduced to the unhappy state of requesting military aid in order to dissuade our neighbours from a foolhardy assault on our territory. We do not expect nations to participate in the current civil war, merely to act as a deterrent force from outside interference. We will win the civil war on our own. Very soon.

Once our nation is stabilised, we will of course offer those friends who come to our aid similar help in terms of military aid or diplomatic aid as is necessary and also we would be delighted to offer them favourable trading terms with our nation.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for this delay in response. Secondly, we would like to thank you for your interest in protecting our nation from the outside influence of our increasingly hostile neighbours. We will certainly be willing to accept economic aid in order to bolster our defences at this time. In specific terms, we need men and materiel in in place to dissuade the other large military powers in our region from any assault on our nation.

We are willing to discuss terms and conditions of troops arriving in our nation, but confirm that the northern port of Taraxheim is open [probably the best sea route into our nation given the current strategic situation] and that the major airports in Taraxheim, Anaxa City, Kaxanatakin are open to your forces as is the Black Fortress Aerospace Complex in Natax Danak.

Your situation certainly seems dire, the rest of us can only be thankful that we "are not in your shoes", so to speak. TOR will gladly give financial aid, political asylum, supplies, and ten thousand men to assist with defense. While we know that ten thousand is not much, we have a pitifully small military, and cannot spare many. If your situation grows worse, we will send more as the need arises.

Supplies, troops, and funds are on the way as we speak.
