I'm the Prime Minister Menuno, our leader, The Cardenal Mendoza, also known as "the Brandy" has just took the power of our region. He has set up a Triumvirate made of Himself,me and the Minister of Beer Sir Whisky y Cerveza.

We would like to invite the Memebers of other states to join our region "the Brandy Land" where the people are free to drink and drive, drink and drink more, drink and struggle down on the floor and other drinking activities.
