Democratically elected President of Zefyrz, General Eugene Kronprinz, has outlawed elections.
His reasons are unknown, and his government has made no comment.
Kronprinz has fired nearly 90% of his government staff, and replaced them with vertually unknown politicians. The new government staff are from the left and the right, as well as the centre.
Kronprinz, when he last appeared in public, was dressed in a bath robe and had one slipper on. He simply waved at a small crowd of people walking the street, and walked back inside.
Some people believe that the president has gone insane, and some have suggested declaring him unfit to rule and replacing him with Charles LaPoint, a man suspected of ordering the deaths of 500 people due to their ethnicity, and known to have ordered the deportation of 37% of the populace due to their race.
