Today begins a new chapter in the history of The Gulf States. We had begun to create a international monster, creating the elven people into forces of evil. We created them to be maniacs, worshipping in false religion and demons to create terrorism on our enemies.
We can not correct the past. We're dealing with the problems these elves have created. We have 4 million Islamic elvens who would be willing to give their lives to destroy all civilization. They have among other things used the Chaos Virus within our mainland's borders.
Another 2 million loyalist IEA soldiers will be programmed to live normal lives, newest citizens of The Gulf States. Some of which will join our normal military, fight against their former comrades, because they truly see what they've done wrong in the past.
Now is the chance, now is the time to correct our mistakes. To those who still wish to dwell within the evil we have given them, they will have little options.
We apologize to the world community for letting this elven band live in hatred of civilization. We deeply regret introducing these individuals to violence, incorrect religion, and destruction.
We make this our formal declaration of war against the machine we've created. It's gone too far, now we must eradicate our mistake. If any nation wishes to join our fight, please send support to our battles.
