Today begins a new more Elven friendly era in The Gulf States. We're going to help out our elven brethren. Here's how we're going to do this...

1. All full time elven residents will be granted full citizenship rights and privileges.

2. We will increase elven immigration quotas, so the total elven population can upto triple in size to 36 million.

3. We'll officially recognize we'll never be able to annex Menelmacari America.

And involving our International Elven Army...
4. We will cut ties with the International Elven Army as a terrorist organization.

5. If elvens wish to remain in our official military, they can join. Their training and service for the IEA fits the short form...

6. Um, screw it. We declare war to eradicate our horrible mistake.

7. Any IEA personnel that wish to cut their ties to the IEA terrorism branch can be granted pardons.

8. The use of elven suicide bombings is now banned.

Menelmacar is pleased by these changes in policy.

Technically then keeping them in the atmosphere off the coast costs more then. Because off the coast they will be constantly expelling fuel/energy to maintain altitude whereas in space they only use fuel to accelerate and decelerate.

well I have 300 active sats. 1 battlestation that is funded by 4 different nations that is as powerful as those 300 sats(me and acrena are the ones who operate it). and 300 inactive sats that can go hot in under 72 hours. I think I can handle any incoming barage.

We find you logic to be rather lacking. Strength is concordant with unity, without unity their cannot be any way of taming the chaos of the universe.
