the chancellor has decided that in order to deal with increased demands on klingon defense forces, the second battle group of the fllet should speed up it's production, so by the end of this week it should be complete, while this is not far from the target date, and both of the B.o.P groups have finished production, some feel it is to early to expect the battle group to be finished
