Honestly man, what's the point of 26,000 aircraft?! If you invaded me, you know what I'd do? I'd have everyone point their guns into the sky and fire randomly, every bullet would hit something lol

Way too much rocket artillery. Woefully lacking in tube artillery.
Too many heavy bombers. No dedicated strike aircraft is really going to hurt you, as is the complete absence of any light or medium transport aircraft. Since there are no air defense systems listed that can engage targets at high altitude or ranges of even 15 km, ground forces and installations will be incredibly easy prey for air strikes. Finally, naval escort vessels are woefully inadequate. You barely have enough escorts for the 8 carriers (and even then, it's a little thin), let alone the Kirovs, and you still need ships available for coastal defense and independant actions.
Also, attack helicopters shouldn't number more than a few thousand, not over half of your air force.

With your military, you can have a lot more.
