Dakal is proposing an ADAFO Charter, To be ratified or rejected when five or more nations join. It is located below.

Part One: ADAFO Principles

I. Resolved, that democracy weakens a nation, the Anti Democracy and Freedom Organiztion stands against all form of self-rule by the citizenry of a nation.
II. Resolved, that independant thought by and individual undermines the power of a leader, the Anti Democracy and Freedom Organiztion stands against all opinions digressing from that of the leader of a nation.
III. Resolved, that the good of the state comes above all, and that the good of the state is power, the citizenry of a nation should relinquish all power to the government.
IV. Resolved, we express our eternal support of these principles, and will uphold them as we see fit and prudent.

Part Two: ADAFO Organization

I. Among the dictators of the respective nations, a vote will be held on which nation will hold, for a six month RL term, each of the following postions. No nation may hold more than one at a time.:
II. ADAFO Central Director- The public face of the ADAFO. Equivilent to a secratary-general.
III. ADAFO Military Power Director- Commander in chief of ADAFO forces.
IV. ADAFO Security Director- Head of all internal security for the ADAFO.
V. ADAFO Finance and Holdings Director- Audits and controls all ADAFO financial, securities, and real estate holdings.

Part Three: Misc. Provisions

I. All ADAFO nations must have no tariffs between oneanother.
II. All major acts of the ADAFO must be voted upon by the dictators of each nation.
III. Any nation within the ADAFO that converts to a democratic form of government will automatically be expelled from the organization and/or invaded by all ADAFO countries.
IV. In any ADAFO annexations that may take place, the country will go to whoever contributed the most forces. 50% of the government's financial assets will go to that nation, with the other 50% divided among the other nations contributing forces to that annexation.

I would have responded to this sooner. It it an idea based on good intentions, trying to bring back the feared and legendary world power that existed so long ago, until the end of WWV. However, it's not very practical. I doubt the glory of that organization will ever be re-established.

For the love of... look, there are five alliances out there, all dedicated to the exact same goal. Maybe they should be called together to unite?

Hmm... The Kingdom of Kimchi Jong Il is in part a dictatorship, since we have one Dear Leader who is a dictator. We're also Iron Fist Consumerists, so we wonder whether we should join this alliance. Of course, economic benefits would be good.
