It is this one's honor to announce the formation of a new nation, The People's Republic of Calcednie, under the august leadership of Chairman Jacob Phon. This unworthy one's humble nation seeks only to find harmony within itself, and to perfect the social organism through the clever application of science. Calcednie seeks like-minded nations with whom to exchange ideas and goods, and perhaps to find a corner of the world with similar beliefs. All nations interested in welcoming us into the community are encouraged to send an envoy to the capital city Hobbes to begin discussions.

Please pardon this inarticulate one's failure to adequately convey his nation's character. This humble one's nation is entering into a experiment to perfect the social organism, of which he is lucky to be one small cell in the great body. By putting aside individuality, the people can transcend their humanity. This meagre one's nation seeks to break down the barriers between individuals and mold this collection of parts into something greater than the whole. Thus, the people will be content because they will all desire equally, and act as one to fulfill that desire, and the two shall be synonymous with the desire of the nation. It is this unimportant one's duty to relate to you that the Chairman's belief is that scientific progress will hold the keys to this goal.

That's an interesting concept... I'd probably debate it with you but this is neither the time nor place ;)
While this lowly one's esteemed nation has received some response to its open invitation for normalized relations, the response is not as large as our honorable chairman had hoped. This unworthy one's nation courteously reminds its fellows that the offer remains open and hope that beneficial relationships may result from any and all negotiations.
