As one of the main positions of the NMA is to fight Zionists and their supporters, we must boycott the countries involved in the "New Jewish Alliance" who have declared that they support the Zionist cause.

OOC: Not really. Deporting people is not terrorism nor is it a threat. Seizing assests is not either. #4 is not terrorism or a threat either. For example, there is a war, we may provide money or equipment to those against you.

The Tzar of Dyelli Beybi will gladly seize all assets of the countries named above that may exist in Dyelli Beybi. Economic ties will also be cut.
A special branch of the Metropolitan Police is being put together to remove nationals from these countries, forcibly if need be, we will not tolerate spies! Any who remain will be treated as such.
We have encountered several of these Nations in the past and are disinclined towards them, we also fully agree an assault at this time would be suicidal, especially considering the enemies planning on invading Al Anbar. We feel the Imperial Navy will dispatch them easily enough, but until then, further military deployment is considered unwise.

OOC: Haha, you're not looking at the language. A threat is anything that threatens...if you take an action that implicitly threatens the well-being of a person or nation then you are making a threat to that nation--you do not have to verbally make threats. By encouraging any of those actions, you are making a situation that is threatening to those nations.
There is also a minor secondary point: by agreeing to "cease all" threats against these nations, you have agreed to ensure that you have no part in any threats and that you will seek to stop any such threats if you have the opportunity....

The above threatens the economic well-being of those nations.
2) Seize all assests within our countries owned by the above.
This, too, threatens the well-being of those nations and violates the rights of those nations to be assured of the security of their property.
3) Remove all citizens from the above nations from our countries.
This, while not an action that threatens a country, threatens the well-being and livelihood of the citizens of those nations, who may loose property and have their very lives endangered by the expulsion.
4) Offer support to those that oppose the above nations and agree with our cause.
This is most clearly making a threat and it also allows for the encouraging and support of terrorist groups. As WA is on your list, that means that you would support terrorists (perhaps via allies) who would be targeting WA. Otherwise, you are creating a threatening situation to those nations by supporting their enemies.
