Maximillian Whiteford sat before his board of directors on the top floor of the Calavera Building. He looked out to the cityscape below as he sat thinking. He picked up the sheet of paper, once again reading the offer.
Omz222 asks [Calavera Industries Ltd.] to sign contract for 15 Furgeson-class SSNs, said to be $10 billion in total.
We ask Oglethorpia to sign the final contract with us for this deal of 15 SSNs for $10 billion USD, after the inital talks over IRC. If the shipyards is willing to sign, we will wire the money in 5 portions, $2 billion each 2 NS months.

A man to his left piped up. "Well, all we do is supply the plans; under the deal, they only construct 15 and we make 10 billion sparing none of our own resources," the man pointed out.
"We are allied with Omz, this deal benefits both the nation of Oglethorpia, us, and the Omzian nation," Whiteford agreed.
Looking back down at the contract, he neatly signed his name:
---
Maximillian Whiteford
CEO, Calavera Industries Ltd. of Oglethorpia

"That's that," he said, getting up and peering out of the office's window, situated some hundred stories above the streets of Santiago.

"Comrade, it is a deal, the bunch of submarines," a senior Navy Rear Admiral noted, as he walked past a lower rank offer.
"It is? Received the signature?"
"Yep, good and clean. The government already approved, it is a go-ahead. Infact, the Admiral signed it already," the Rear Admiral answered, crisp and clean.
"Uh... Doesn't the High Military Council oppose this?", the officer asked, in anxiety.
"They need to shut their damn old mouth. This is just a replacement of our damn old LAs anyways," the Admiral said angrily. Then, he said quietly, "don't tell this to my higher ranks."
"Alrighty."
==================================
Very good, the contract has gotten a final approval. The first portion of the $10 billion is being wired right now to Calavera Industries Ltd. from Omzian PLF Navy Managements Board.
Last thing we are asking is a full specification of the SSN, as our version seems very outdated.
We expect the plans now. Glad to do business.
