OOC: Right, how about we comprise a league of people with superpowers from different nations and then form an RP around them? Such as, say, fighting some kind of terrorist organization or evil global power. Here are the rules for the RP:

1) Each nation can submit only 1 hero as a character.
2) There is a maximum of 10 nations, including me.
3) Space, fantasy, midieval, modern day... nations may all submit characters.
4) I will pick which nations get to be in the RP with the final 10 characters based on the depth of content and effort they put in the description of their character and their other RPs.
5) The actual RP will take place in modern day times.
6) There may be no thread hijacking/spam.
7) You must post a character description in this thread for me to rate for approval before the RP starts in another thread.

Name: Cliff Thurgood Marx
League Name: Swimmer
Age: 24
Sex: Male
Species: Human
Ability: Swimmer's body's properties were different from those of others since birth, when he was born with a weight of 2 grams. Though his muscles and body all developed normally, his weight never reached that of 1 pound. At age 13, when puberty started, he somehow managed to constantly grow larger and stronger while at the same time his weight decreased. By age 21, he had a 'negative weight', meaning that on scales he weighed nothing and that, if he wished, he could fly. However, his flight is not like that of birds or other things with weight. He flies the same way that most people swim, with strokes of his arms that move him about through the air as far as he wants. Due to his strong muscles but low weight, he can do infinite push-ups or pull-ups, as they are not moving weights, but can also bench press very heavy loads. His muscles are not much stronger than that of an average boxer, but he can propel himself very rapidly and acrobatically due to his weight.

Ability: Hugh Jass was born, as his name implies, with an unusually large ass, capable of lifting one hundred pound weights. When he turned 20, he used his powers to hurl a toliet at a robber, while he was using the bathroom. He can also use his butt to jump up and down, like a pogo stick. Since then, he's been the police chief of Happy Town and has a supermodel wife and three children.

Abilites:
Telekenetics master. Able to move objects with the mind. She is somewhat weak physically, but has an extremely powerful mind. She is the half sister of Mar Shentavo. She is agile and acrobatic. Rumor has it, she has some ice elementality in her, but it is yet to be seen. She is 5"8 and has hazel eyes. She has orange hair, and bleach blond roots.

Ability: Sampon was born a freak. 13 pounds at brth and kept on growing. Most of it was muscle amss amking him a very strong man. by puberty he could lift 15 times his weight. however his great strenght and size hide gentle side of him. He was a born pacifist and never picked fights. he has somewhat of an above average intellect. He loves all living things and will never voluntarily use his strenght to hurt people unless others are in danger. he is far from a coward however. He once puled 5 people out of a burining apartment building without any protective gear.

League Name: Shadow.
Ability: Ariel/Shadow is actually a Symbiote, meaning she is two being merged as one, Shadow is the raw Symbiote, and Ariel is the Human Host, Shadow was created as part of a HEK Military project to find new, powerfull weapons, Ariel worked on this project from it's start, Shadow was not very smart without a Host, but when it merged with a Host it became very smart, able to think, reason, etc... due to this it was programmed to go after the nearest Human it could find and merge with it upon being released, unfortunatley for Ariel, one day when she was working in the lab, the Containment Zone holding Shadow suffered a rupture, and she was the closest Human nearby, so Shadow rushed her, enveloped her, and merged with her, creating the Symbiotic being they are today, they hold the powers of Shapeshifting, Liquid Form, and they are also known to be unstable if upset.

Her hair is Strawberry Blonde, her eyes are Ice Blue, her body is covered in an organic, Black suit, which is actually a kind of skin, formed by Shadow so she never needs to worry about clothes when shifting shapes, they stand at about 6'2.

League Name:- Kid or Slider
Age:- 8
Sex:- Female
Speices:- Slagkattungerian (aka Neko, catgirl etc)
Ability:- Major: Time Slipping Minor: Telekinesis
Background:- Although quite young Lotus behaves as if she is much older than she really is. The reason for this is her mutant power of time slipping where she can "stop time" allowing her to perfom task between seconds, literally in a blink of the eye to everyone else. She doesn't age physically during the time slipping; the downside to this is the more she does it, the more sleep she needs. So she is quite often seen catnapping when ever possible. There are two modes of "time slipping" they are:-
All stop!!:- This is used when Lotus panics, basically "time" stops for everything except Lotus. In this mode all she can do is move around but she cannot effect anything other than herself and the air, meaning she cannot alter the surronding environment. She can keep this up for ever if she wanted too but she usally drops it when she gets hungry, for every hour this is in effect she must sleep for an hour and half to regain her strength.
Slow Down:- For every hour that passes for her in this mode one second occurs for everyone else. In this mode she can affect objects & people (ooc:-almost like the slow motion in the matrix :P ), but as a result of this she must "catnap" for 10 minutes for every hour or part of she spends in it.

She has a secondary ability of telekinisis with which she can lift light objects (5 kilograms is the max she can lift).

Lotus is the younger sister to Jade Purrlinda the Ambassador of The Free land of Slagkattunger. She has had a relitively sheltered life so far, and as a result has a tendency to not realise how dangerous some people can be.

Rave Shentavo: Very nice... is that Uma Thurman?! Anyway, you've developed a good character with one unique ability, so she'll most likely be entered.

Celack: Good character, but somewhat of a jack of all trades, if you know what I mean. It's nice to have a guy who's strong and smart, but why don't you make him either super strong or super smart, one or the other, so that it stands out as more than just above average, and as one unique ability, since all the heroes are supposed to have one special ability that sets them apart from the others.

Kecha: Everything is very nice except for the telepathy part. Why don't you just keep it at shapeshifting, seeing as how we already have a telepathic entry? But besides that, good work.

I know that it's only a 'minor' ability, but I'm trying to set up a team of people where each one has one, and only one, specific ability that sets them apart from the rest. Or two hours or twelve or what?

Fine he is super strong but not a complete idiot. He has normal intelect. He still is a pacifist though.

NOTE: He can also hurl toliets with his abnormally strong butt, too, although he rarely uses that power. :wink:

Telepath? um you misread it mate its limited teleKinisis similer to Crisula Jentulen but more limited. But since you said you want each to be "unique" I can tone it down to 1 Kg lifting ability if you want, but I don't want to cut it out altoghether as it compliments her "time slipping".

I'll alter the time slipping info to explain the 2 modes she can use.

Ability:- (Based on WoD "Hunter") Conviction, basically when Ricks guard is up he can tell exactly what is "natural" and what isn't... he can't disearn what it is but he knows it's not human, elf and so on. It's harder to difine in NS becuase of tons of races... but vampires would come under "unnatural" and so on.

It also allows him to things that are really there. For example, if you have used magic or a innate power to become invisable then he will see you... however it doesn't work on technologically camoflagued people.

After that you will have to read the History in another thread (linked below), the other ability allows him (not by choice, but by dire need) to empower a melee weapon so it causes more damage to unnatural creatures... though it destroys the object every time after a couple hits. Can't be used constantly... only once a scene.

Background:- Basically Rick is your everyday insurance saleman... or at least he was when he started out. He doesn't really understand it but when he recieved "the call" he reacted in beneficial manner, granting him the power to see what belonged.

Now he occasionally sees things that shouldn't be there, sometimes they are harmful, othertimes they are just curious but he can see them and they trouble him.

"The Call" is something which has only really started happening to people across the world as more and more supernatural being are overthrowing the balence... this is almost humanities way of recovering that balence.

These often fall into the roll of investigators and hunters as they see more and more of these things and deal with them... they are not as strong nor are they as gifted... but they can see. It frightens a vampire when he hears about a man in a white shirt and tie burning one of his childer with a petrol can and a lighter becuase humans arn't ment to know about them.

For better background on Rick, heres a thread I'm meant to be doing, but I can't write that much in one go all the time... so it's ongoing.

Well, this has the potential to be a good character, but it seems that you may not be chosen because you don't seem to be ready and willing to put depth into the RP.

We already have relatively strong and invulnerable people, an extremely fast person, and a person who can move through time (and is therefore agile). Sorry. But I'll be willing to let you enter a character if you can come up with an original one.

Eitherway... James has been pining over that for quite some time... damn, which reminds me, I need to get that "New Beginning" RP done some time.

Rick is... a pet interest of mine, he's meant to have little known adventures in Iuthia as he takes on both good and bad vampires, as well as other things. Oddly enough, the thing I love most about him is that he is a normal man with a twist... he's not got super powers as such and he depends on keeping out of the way and acting... well human, they won't actually hunt you if they think you are part of the flock and not the predator you are.

Oddly enough, in that same thread I have a new fledgling vampire who was created in traditional Sabbat way and I love the contrast from the story of Rick... poor Eric has lost everything and will be made into a monster over time. Hopefully I will be able to get the five factions I wanted as soon as I can get around to continuing the book that is that thread.

Back to the issue at hand though, I don't expect Rick is the perfect candidate... he's not a super hero after all... but I wanted to see how he'd compare and if I get a RP out of it, well all the better.

A Bounty Hunter that refuses to fail, going so far as to hunt prey for decades if needed. He has eluded the Crimmond authorites for about 200 years and has killed several other hunters trying to take him down. There is even a national legend surrounding him...

Throught the vast reaches of the Crimmond Empire, -wherever the scum gathers and lawbreakers conspire- one name is uttered in hushed tones... Hunter Savon. Some say he actually is a Predator, others that he merely uses the suit for it's unmatched fierceness and killing power. The truth? No one knows as non have seen the face that stares unfeelingly out of the battered helmet. None, at least, that are alive to tell the tale. What is agreed upon is that Savon is among the most heartless beings in the universe, when it suits his needs.

His past before he bacame a Hunter is unknown, but he has brought in almost 25,000 bounties and has accumulated an estimated wealth numbering well into the billions. He is apparently afraid of nothing other than having a Crimmond Heavy Battlecruiser on his tail.

Mechanical affinity. Kinda like an uber-geek inventor. Can build incredible devices, without being certain exactly how he did it. Also allows a superior affinity with machines. Able to perform diagnostics without a device.

Also, he only uses light weapons and blades. The armor is sealed, but has weakspots. He is not incredibly strong, but is agile.

I was commenting on the film Crimmonds character was based on, my guy is not Arnie and he will not be wearing mud. He will be wearing sensible clothes most of the time.

If my guy even gets shot he's going to the hospital... or at least something like it. I've got on of the least powergamed characters you will find here... admitedly power is the point of this thread but hey... even the Justice League have Batman... who is just a guy with a fixation on bats and alot of cash. Ability: She's an outstanding marksman. Her rifle is just a prolongation of her arm. She called her unique Shadowbolt Reaver Class Sniperifle "My Elven Bow". She can hit a coin at 500 meters, just in the forehead of the portrait. She's also very expert with the whip and the throwing knifes. Her unique special power is one type of rage that makes her be surrounded by a kinetic field that protects her from harm. It only activates when she's in suffering or in extreme rage. Of course her elven sight and hearing are amazing too.

Background: She is the commander of the Crawlers of Darkness, the most elite team of all the Aelosia's armed forces, and maybe one of the most feared warriors in all Aelosia, taller than most elves, but still having the slim silouette of her kin. Her hair is silver, long and unkept, covering her deep grey eyes and the long scar on her cheek.

Commander Elfira D'nan never had something outside military life. Her family died at the hands of drow slavers when she was just a newborn. She was raised by the soldiers of an outpost, who save her from her captors after a bloody battle. Bio: Born in the Black Swamp Birth Pits, Jheer decided to leave the country of Sakkra to see what the world of men offered after graduating from Hreer University Magna Cum Laude.

His father was a tinkerer, and his father before him, and so on. Some would say he was born with lubicrants instead of blood. Fyr was born when Lycanthropes hadn't even made a nation yet. Born with the most horrible disfigurment a born-Lycanthrope could face (the inability to alter to combat form), he was killed by his parents, who slashed his throat. However, he was also born with a body that couldn't be harmed, and easily survived. Travelling for a time, raised as a street urchin by an uncaring woman who kept him alive to beg for money for her drug habit, he survived in a world that hated him. Unkillable, and also undying, he grew up deeply bitter and cynical, never getting older than his mid-twenties. He was friends for a time with a young Musteline symbiote, who taught him martial arts. With her, he coud give up his grief and help people by doing dangerous things. Eventually, he married her and settled down for a calm life. However, she was killed by a terrorist group intent on vivesecting him to learn his secret. Hurt and even more bitter and cynical, he swore revenge on those that had killed his love. He's loyal and true, as long as his aims and the aims of the group are in agreement. If they do something of questionable morality, though, he will willingly split ways and search for another way to take vengeance upon those who killed his other half.

- The Ability to go Incorporeal for a time. Can walk through solid objects and can have objects pass through him at will but only if he is aware of them.
- Above average agility, Slightly above average intellect (more wisdom than acctual intelligence)
- (possible [I do like this one though :P]) He is able to enter a persons dream's and take part in it but he needs to be cautious because he is not in control of the dream the person sleeping is. So problems can arise from this.
- (possible but not likely) Being able to either go incorporeal or the dream entering (have not decided which would be best) into a person and control them slightly. Maybe enough to say a few sentences or to walk somewhere....pull levers, open doors...etc...

Bio: He was born like other children but rather than a natural birth he a c-section was performed. His mother was told that a natural birth was not to be advised. The docter had seen the image of the baby but by the shock of the docter the mother opted not to look. So when he was pulled from his mothers woumb she was shocked and appaled and what she was seeing. In the hands of the docter a smallish green "baby" sat staring back at her with large coal colored eyes. The baby was not crying but staring into her which made her even more uncomfortable. She let out a high pitched wail and yelled at the docter to take the baby away saying that it was not hers and she never wanted to see that "thing" again. This hurt Darius for even at this age he understood what was going on, the words stayed in his head to this day. He was raised in an orphanage but quickly left when all the children picked on him for being a "freak". Soon he grew into his powers and quickly learned to use them to his advantage. The government quickly found out about this "alien" sneaking into and out of hard earn tax paying people's houses at night. Quick glimpses and half truth stories ran around everywhere so the government had to step in. Operation Ghost went into action (name) was sent to nabouring nations to spy on them in anyway possible. Stealing technology information eveing assasinating an annoying person or two for the government. Time past quicker than Darius even noticed for he could not recall any large ammount of time passing. But when he looked around he realized everone he knew was dead years passed. The people he asked knew nothing other than that Darius had always been around. Now he looks back on life to try and realise what point his life had done. Yes he "protected Dravenwolf from the people who wish to do his nation wrong" but were they realy trying to terrorize his nation? Was he being mislead? So he quit the military and seeks to do good for the possible wrongs he might have done and maybe even to find what love is.

Biography: Back when The Weegies was still a capitalist nation (only 4 or 5 years ago, NS time when it changed), they had a small and very elite group of spies, trained to infiltrate enemy institutions. (You have to understand, this is not a supernatural/Jedi mind trick thing. Just a certain eloquence and charm...)

I made my decisions based on depth and description, and on the actual character. There are people, such as Iuthia or Ravenspire, who I would have like to select for their amazingly well written up characters, but the characters' abilities (clairvoyance, martial arts, immunity to magic) were not unique or powerful enough to qualify them as superheroes, simply very above average heroes. There were also characters with good qualities, such as those of Crimmond and Rabid Liberals (bounty hunting and regeneration) who had good qualities, but who may not have been given an amazing amount of depth to.

It's tough to pick on a cross of RPing skill and character originality and ability, but these are the best choices I have been able to make. Remember, these choices are NOT final and I may review and/or change the list. Also, if you want to update your characters, just post a reply telling me that you have and I will look back at them.

Medium Wounds (2nd degree burns, minor lacerations, minor internal bleeding): 5 minutes
Large Wounds (lacerations, multiple fractures, internal bleeding): 45 minutes
Critical Wounds (loss of limbs, major lacerations, severe internal bleeding): 1 hour, 15 minutes

For each 5 minutes of healing, she must meditate for 10 minutes, or can instantly boost her healing capacity back to full, but must rest for an extra 3 hours.

History: She was trained to be a church cleric from a young age, but she has always had a rebellious streak and ran away with her boyfriend on an adventure. During this journy, her boyfriend was killed by a large pack of wolves, and she barely escaped with her life. Suffering from many severe wounds and exauststed from running, she collapsed near a small cottage. The sole inhabitant of the cottage turned out to be an expert at polearm fighting, and as she regained her strength, he taught her in the ways of the quarterstaff, and how to meditate to regain her strength. After studying with the man for several years, she bid him goodbye and went back home, to her church. There, she was severely punished, but allowed to continue her training as a cleric because she showed immense promise. After finishing her training, she served dutifully in the church for a little over a year before she decided to go out into the world and adventure. Against the advice of those in her family, she set out back into the world, and now finds herself with the Leauge.

Personality: Rather wild and rebellious, she is fiercely loyal to her friends and quick to temper. She can be rational, but she often forgoes this approach for the more interesting alternatives. A true thrill-seeker.

Bio: she was born to two Tappee Intellegence Agents (Smith Allenson, and Susan Clrackson). Her parents where forced to give her up since agents where not allowed to have families. From birth she was raised to believe that she was an orphan. At the age of 12 she was taken in by the government special forces division know as the 2nd. There she was trained in small arms as well as close combat. Due to her high test scores she was transfered to the Tappee's intellengnce agency the 1st X at the age 16. It was here that she learned the true identities of her parents. She grauduated third in her class at the academy. After graduation she was sent undercover to infiltrate a terrorist organizationknow as Iaceo. After the war between Iaceo and Tappee ended, she severed as a liason officer to the new Government.

Unfortunately, her skills do not differ greatly or stand out from others, so she will not make it to the final 10. Sorry, Tappee. Though when I read the name 'Temptress', I thought she was one of those 'so beautiful she can seduce and murder any man' type people, of whom we have had none. So that would be a good idea for anyone willing to enter the next LXGL.

Background:- Although quite young Lotus behaves as if she is much older than she really is. The reason for this is her mutant power of time slipping where she can "stop time" allowing her to perfom task between seconds, literally in a blink of the eye to everyone else. She doesn't age physically during the time slipping; the downside to this is the more she does it, the more sleep she needs. So she is quite often seen catnapping when ever possible. There are two modes of "time slipping" they are:-
All stop!!:- This is used when Lotus panics, basically "time" stops for everything except Lotus. In this mode all she can do is move around but she cannot effect anything other than herself and the air, meaning she cannot alter the surronding environment. She can keep this up for ever if she wanted too but she usally drops it when she gets hungry, for every hour this is in effect she must sleep for an hour and half to regain her strength.
Slow Down:- For every hour that passes for her in this mode one second occurs for everyone else. In this mode she can affect objects & people (ooc:-almost like the slow motion in the matrix :P ), but as a result of this she must "catnap" for 10 minutes for every hour or part of she spends in it.

She has a secondary ability of telekinisis with which she can lift light objects (5 kilograms is the max she can lift).

Lotus is the younger sister to Jade Purrlinda the Ambassador of The Free land of Slagkattunger. She has had a relitively sheltered life so far, and as a result has a tendency to not realise how dangerous some people can be.

I made my decisions based on depth and description, and on the actual character. There are people, such as Iuthia or Ravenspire, who I would have like to select for their amazingly well written up characters, but the characters' abilities (clairvoyance, martial arts, immunity to magic) were not unique or powerful enough to qualify them as superheroes, simply very above average heroes. There were also characters with good qualities, such as those of Crimmond and Rabid Liberals (bounty hunting and regeneration) who had good qualities, but who may not have been given an amazing amount of depth to.

It's tough to pick on a cross of RPing skill and character originality and ability, but these are the best choices I have been able to make. Remember, these choices are NOT final and I may review and/or change the list. Also, if you want to update your characters, just post a reply telling me that you have and I will look back at them.

Well, since I'm probably not going to make the cut for Good, I'll go my own way and hunt the group who killed Fyr's wife, and stomp anyone both good or evil that gets in my way. Would everyone be okay with such an ambiguous character? He won't be actively after anyone, at least not at the start, but after a few plot twists, who knows? If you don't want me to, just say so.

I would love to keep them, due to the fact that they are extremely well drawn and unique, but unfortunately, the LXGL 2 thread needs some more people to bring it up to become a success. After a quick glance around to make sure that nobody else was there but the pigeons, he started moving his arms rhythmically, as if swimming, and managed somehow to take a slow but steady flight off of the bench, gaining speed as he went up, until he reached the top of an old oak and settled down in the branches to sit.

Anyway, as to the plot of the LXGL RP, how about each of our characters find a flyer and come to the 'competition', which is really a front for the LXGL. Then, along with a lot of other characters we make up just for the competition, our characters all meet up and compete. But then, the judges choose our characters as the top 10, and we get told about the LXGL and offered membership and accept it. Good?

By the way, about Mirian Thurgood: She's Cliff's mother, who was presumed dead. She actually ran away to Japan at an offer from a close friend and joined the Yakuza. Cliff will not make it into the top 10 at first, like your players will, but another person will make it in instead of him. However, that person is Mirian's target, and he will be shot upon leaving the building, so that Cliff will take his place in the top 10 instead, as he will be dead. Mirian will get away, as well.

These aren't competitions against other people. You're just showing off your skills to the referees. Unless there are two or more people with the same abilities, in which case they will be pit against eachother in ways varying on what their skills are. But you decide what happens in your own match.

Remember, everyone but my guy makes it in, but then Tanaka is asassinated and replaced with Cliff.

PLOT UPDATE:

To explain my part of the story, the asassin is Cliff's mom, Mirian, who he thought had died long ago. Instead, she joined the Yakuza. The accomplice is another member, a Yakuza agent. They are taking out Tanaka, yet another member of a different branch of the Yakuza rivalling their's. The man in horn rimmed glasses is the man running the competition, and the one who will form the LXGL and bring together the 10 members. Tanaka was going to get in until he was killed, so instead, Cliff will fill his space, which he will find out at 12:00 midday. The man in the glasses will then give the LXGL their first assignment if they accept membership (OPEN TO IDEAS ABOUT ASSIGNMENT). But right now, he's in a lot of shit with the Yakuza about Tanaka's death. However, he is a very powerful and influential, if misterious, man and nobody dares to kill him.

Nice plot. However, I think that Cliff could mistake Elfira for Mirian, as they dress in the same manner and both carry a sniper rifle. I think that could put more "spice" to the story. Elfira knows that she didn't do it, and that Cliff is trying to wrongly accuse her. And I suppose that Cliff could think that Elfira did it.

Toran Ackran is just making a cameo appearance... He was a student at the Ginaz Academy. He became after years of training, Omnius's archrival... When Omnius graduated first in his class and Ackran, second, Ackran swore to kill him... Ackran also received the notice about the competition and decided to try out for it...

Okay guys, the plot I'm planning goes something like this (a mix of Matrix, LXG, and The Master And The Margarita): Ha Nozri is actually the devil. He's come on this earth to recruit our heroes and heroines to fight AGAINST god, unknown completely to them. As such, he can create matrixes and paradoxes and twist things around to whatever extent he pleases. He is all knowing, as is god. However, he is condemned to hell. He can only create matrixes and sometimes, with enough power, project a personification of himself on earth, but he himself can not go on earth. The Ha Nozri that our characters are seeing is a personification (like a hologram) of him that he is projecting onto earth. He is going to try to use our heroes to fight against god and defeat god's forces, so that he can rule heaven, earth and hell together.

Yeshua Ha Nozri is believed to have been Jesus' Hebrew name. As such, since in Christianity, he is the son of God, the devil (our competition holder) is named Ha Nozri as well, as is God. I haven't thought up first names for them yet. That will require some thought.

Also, the chair at the end of the table is for God, when they capture him (or at least, that is what Ha Nozri intends them to do).

Nice plot. Amazing, as a matter of fact. I had been a storyteller of D&D and WoD for quite a while, and that kind of story (the heroes trying to defeat the forces of good just because some evil guy convinced and manipulated them to do so) always had worked quite well.

This story promise a lot. However, How the hell are we going to defeat and capture god???

Kain - I'm sorry again that you could not join this one... Seeing as how you are putting so much dedication and effort into reading it even though you are not participating. HOWEVER, maybe, later on into the plot, if we need a dastardely second-hand type man for Ha Nozri, we could cast a character of yours as him/her, eh?

FCN - Hellrider is NOT getting suspicious. This is OOC knowledge. And IC, Ha Nozri has not yet given any single reason for them to be doubtful of him. Sorry, but I was expecting someone to say this. And it would be 'cheating' to become suspicious of him.

Aelosia - Thanks. As for the capture of god, I do not yet know. However, I will tell you that I just thought up this whole devil/god/matrix twist today. I hadn't previously thought of anything near this. So it goes to show that, as the story developes, it will all fit together eventually.

Omnus mind was changed during his swordmaster training. Ha Nozri's creation of the place has hurt him really badly. His mind gets more and more strained, whenever he tries to analyze or compute something or even meditate...

By the way, when (if) we discover Ha Nozri's plan, not all of us have to turn against him. I mean, if there are any people (not Cliff, I guess... he's pretty much one of those average humans) who want to stick up for the devil, then it would be a good plot twist.

ShadowElf is going to fight for the one who could bring her past back and find out who is her family. Ha Nozri or anyone. Maybe if we discover Ha Nozri's plan, ShadowElf is going to defend him anyway, as she see in him the last opportunity of making her dream real.

ShadowElf seemed good to me. I think God will bring to the table just as much as Ha Nozri. Though we shall have to see. If I could see anyone joining Ha Nozri, it would be HellRider (his character).

I made a subtle observation in there and noted that Santa and Satan are the same thing spelled differently. But yes, I did look up different names for satan and mythological creatures.

If you want to join in the RP, now's your chance. I believe you know the URL. If not, just go find it using the Search function. Let me give you brief info on your character:

Name: Azrael
Role: Lesser demon in Hell
Misc: Azrael is the head lesser demon in The Underworld, sort of a number two in hell, number one being HE, or rather, The Master (he is known in the RP as Ha Nozri). Ha Nozri is the proverbial devil, who rules over all of Hell. However: Satan, Beelzebub, and all those other names apply actually to other lesser demons. The #1 demon is known only as HE, or The Master.

So, as I said, Azrael is number two. What he is doing right now is this: he has taken the lesser demons Beelzebub, Abaddon, Apollyon, and Belial, and he has gone with them to the forges to begin sculpting an army. This army will be used by HE (the head demon of all Hell) to wage an eternal war against God and heaven. Azrael is in charge of overseeing the army.

So what you basically have to do is this: you are now at the forge with the other four lesser demons. You have to RP out all the details of sculpting out an army from clay (aka: making the shields out of metal, making the putty and carving the people by hand, putting them in the forge to give them life so that they become real people, arming and training the soldiers...). You just have to try to think of every single detail about a soldier's needs and put those in (very much like those orc thingies in LOTR, who came out of the ground to form an army).

Remember, since these are undead armies that you are forging out of clay here (though not immortal), and since you are in hell, they are all EVIL. Azrael is a very merciless lesser demon, and has command of all the other lesser demons (mentioned in previous posts). And these troops, being made out of clay, are also evil, harsh, merciless, and do not need food or baths or those things which humans would need.

To get a clearer picture (please, please do this), read the posts THAT I MADE on pages 9-12 in the RP thread. You only need to read the ones that I made, and only the ones that have the details about hell in them. You'll see I've already started up Azrael's character and placed him in the forges with the other four demons.

When he is done forging the armies, there won't be much else for him to do until Ha Nozri decides to finally start waging The Great War, and Azrael joins him on the battlefield with the army. Thanks again for playing his part!

Also, Irenicus, He (Ha Nozri) is basically attending to matters on earth at the moment, meaning that he isn't watching over hell right now. You did such a good job on that last post, why don't you have a permanent role (until the war between heaven and hell begins). If you want, you can RP out Azrael watching over hell, torturing the damned, raising the army, stoking the fires. Anything you want, more or less. Thanks.

Background:- Although quite young Lotus behaves as if she is much older than she really is. The reason for this is her mutant power of time slipping where she can "stop time" allowing her to perfom task between seconds, literally in a blink of the eye to everyone else. She doesn't age physically during the time slipping; the downside to this is the more she does it, the more sleep she needs. So she is quite often seen catnapping when ever possible. There are two modes of "time slipping" they are:-
All stop!!:- This is used when Lotus panics, basically "time" stops for everything except Lotus. In this mode all she can do is move around but she cannot effect anything other than herself and the air, meaning she cannot alter the surronding environment. She can keep this up for ever if she wanted too but she usally drops it when she gets hungry, for every hour this is in effect she must sleep for an hour and half to regain her strength.
Slow Down:- For every hour that passes for her in this mode one second occurs for everyone else. In this mode she can affect objects & people (ooc:-almost like the slow motion in the matrix :P ), but as a result of this she must "catnap" for 10 minutes for every hour or part of she spends in it.

She has a secondary ability of telekinisis with which she can lift light objects (5 kilograms is the max she can lift).

Lotus is the younger sister to Jade Purrlinda the Ambassador of The Free land of Slagkattunger. She has had a relitively sheltered life so far, and as a result has a tendency to not realise how dangerous some people can be.

Well my character is not needed, nor would he fit in. If you want any more PC's roleplayed by me, any tasks just ask. Give me lots of back infomation, because 20+ pages is a lot to read and understand, and I have my own complicted project to complete (the Kain Irenicus Saga.). Once that one is finished, I might create a new profile and start rping something new.

The above links a investigation into a recent kidnapping (happening before “Intertwining Fates” and “The End” of course… generally we’ve just released the key information about the investigation and it’s something Vaughn may just be a little interested in… after all, it’s one of the few times Rave has gone down. The thread links all the connected RP’s (which take up a lot of pages on the conference it’s self).

(ooc: I think I need a serious sum-up about all what happened to Rave since I disapeared... I mean... what's the chronological order and what happened?)

James invites anyone who wants to come to a conference on Vampires. This started out pretty ok, Rave showed up, showed off a blood stone, Wazzu talked science… everything was normal,.

Then a raiding party of Powered Armour men ride in on some craft and take out tones of guards with tranquilliser rounds before smashing into the conference. A battle ensues with the inquisitors versus Rave and assorted vampires… main inquisitor fights Rave one-on-one and outclasses her with his technological advantage.

Prayers are used to stop magic from working and Kain got messed up because he wouldn’t go down and stay injured… though he apologised for the amount of crap he pulled off (I can quickly regenerate white-prosperous!)

Malice (vampire from Eris Kristali) got captured after saving my leader by ghouling him. (Thus raised his humanity!)

The epic battle got more epic as Rave went nuts and grew six wings… then after some more beating pulled out a scythe from thin air.
Eventually Rave fell (the inquisitor in question was used by Whispering Voices, who really knows his tech… basically he used full defence to program his armour to her moves then attacked. He’s also a genetically engineered human in powered armour… he also used drugs to weaken the vampires)

Rave was then taken away in ship and it escaped… our weapons are great, only they don’t work when you have huge magnets near by, and his ship was pretty much that. Thus we couldn’t really use any guns to effect.

Then a investigation took place to find where she was taken, in the mean time she has been taken to Whispering Voices to be tried for vampirism and I think she is also being tortured.

Only recently I’ve released our results which point to Whispering Voices, who has done it all. Chonologically this probably happened once your threads were completed.

Sorry, but due to RL complications, I'm not going to be able to do much, if any, RPing in here. Sorry again about that. If someone else wants to take over Ha Nozri (I have Aelosia in mind), feel free. Along with any other characters. I was planning for them, at one point, to find Jesus locked up in the castle they're staying in, at which point they would finally turn against Ha Nozri and find out his plan. By the way, Jesus' name in this is Yeshua Ha Nozri, since he, God, and the Devil are all from the same 'family'. God's name would be Something Else Ha Nozri, but replace Something Else with a name that is most definitely fitting. Thanks.
