In the Kechan cities of Qualico and Illevron in the Rynonche Province large properties had been purchased by the Church of Yevon, plans had been drafted, building permission had been granted, and two new Fayth were created the announcement was played on the Kechan Local Television Networks.

The Church of Yevon has announced that two new Temples to the God Yevon are to be built in the Rynonche Cities of Qualico and Illevron. In order to spread the Teachings to the nation of Kecha the Grand Maester was quoted saying that "For the People of Yevon to grow in Kecha and in the world we must expand our horizons and be willing to grow beyond our bounds, so the two new Temples in Kecha shall be the symbol of stability and hope that shall shine true in the children of our children, the People of Yevon will endure!"

For all you skeptics who don't believe this news, it is true, to let you all know the kind of places where the Yevonites are setting up shop, here is a short little factoid on each city.

Qualico: This is a coastal city, resting on the coastline about 10 miles north of Rynonche City, it is the largest city in the Province, but onyl because it is choked with the Shanty Towns of refugees.

Illevron: This city is the smallest major city in the Province, sitting far out of sight of the shore, it is also the HQ for the Rynonche Provincial Militia, and the sight of the main Rynonche NADE-Academy, it is the cleanest, best policed city in the Province.
