Paper of the Provisional Revolutionary Council of Comintern - Issue 1

Communist International Founded!

Comrades!

Today, 19th October, the recently liberated People's Republic of Noviykrazniystan founded the Comintern Region/Alliance. The Comintern aims to become the Communist Alliance of Nation States over the petty socialism which could be attributed perhaps some other socialist alliances/regions.

The Comintern cites its preliminary aims as:

....to fight by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State.

In this respect it welcomes all who agree to this to join.

The Comintern will be a wholly democratic alliance. For those who join the following agenda, and whatever suggested additions, will be for discussion, and implementation:

1) Constitution
2) Website
3) Publicity
4) Establishment of Governing Organs
5) Election of Presiding Members, and UN Delegate
6) Establishment of current tasks for Comintern

Again Comintern calls for all Communists of the world to join the Comintern in the international proletariat revolution. Any enquiries regarding Comintern should be telegramed to the provisional HQ in Noviykrazniystan.

We find your threats of overthrowing the legitimate governments of capitalist nations to be extremly hostile, and insist that you divert from this aggressive path.
If you do not divert from this course of action, we may be forced to take pre-emptive action to remove your ability to make war against our Government, and those of our fellow capitalist nations.

We recoqnise the concern of the Capitalist nations, however our policies are primarily one of peacefull co-existence, and the aims prior to your complaint have been reworded to the following:

Members of Comintern aim to fight by all available means, primarily peaceful if possible, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State/

We do not aim to fight war on imperialistic grounds, and the above aims would only be persued by democratic, and legal means, unless arms are taken up injustifiably against the people of the nations of the world - in which case "by any means" would become a necessity for the protection of the people, freedom, and democracy - in the fight for thier own liberation.

If you were to go a head with a pre-emptive strike of the region, I believe you will be invading unecessarily, and on reactionary grounds.

PRSMBC: Proletarian Revoltionary State Media and Broadcasting Corperation

Today, the United Socialist States of Proletarian Revolution challenged Noviykrazniystan claim through this organisation to be a leader of the world wide communist struggle. Citizen Malos, the General Secretary of the Proletarian Revolutionary Administrative Body and recently appointed President for Life stated earlier at an emergency meeting that

"Noviykranzniystan has done little to expand the cause of world wide revolution, Proletarian Revolution is more worthy for they have sacrificed time and time again for the glorious marxist principles that the Proletariat of the world hold dear."

He later sent a message that stated that

The Proletarian Revolution shall only join as a senior member of the alliance and that it would have to have a significant role in the Comintern.

Comrade Nico's (provisional Gen Sec of the Comintern) Statement for PRSMBC:

Factionalism, Comrade Malos, is hardly in the Marxist cause, I urge Proletarian Revolution to unite, rather than partake in petty beckering. As yet Comintern remains a mere assembly of like minds, formal organisation is in discussion, if wish to have a say in this I urge you to join us. However demands based on unfounded evidence is not worthy of Comintern's appreciation.

Thankyou.

Factionalism, I would accuse you also of factionalism for setting yourself up on your own. I will however discuss with you.

Nice to hear that communism is spreading over the world. We can support you with $ 500 000 000. Don't ask why.

An idea, I hope you are open to it.
More to come.

1) Constitution

1) The Comintern will not make open war upon any other Communist nation unless it is percieved that the state is not looking out for the interests of the people.

2) Comintern Members will not interfere in the internal policies of other Comintern members unless it is percieved that the Communist Cause is under DIRECT threat.

3) Comintern Members will trade with fellow Comintern Members first before going to outsiders.

4) The Chairman of the Comintern is determined through election. Election to occur once every RL month.

5) Organisational UN representation is to be determined by election, if one nation wins then all the other nations must endorse him.

6) The Organisation will not recruit inactive membership. All those who are inactive for a period of 10 RL days will be warned, after 15 days expelled.

7) Membership will be divided between affiliated, and full member. Full membership is to reiside in Comintern and the International Socialist Republic. Affiliated membership are those regions/nations who reside outside the region, but support our aims.

8 ) Voting rights will only be granted to full members of Comintern (i.e. those actually in the Region). Affiliated members will only be able to partake in discussion, but not decision making.

Any further additions to the Constitution may be suggested.

We welcome such discussion, and I believe we would be more than willing to adopt such a document ad hoc untill full constitutional discussion may be conducted.

We believe it would be best however for Proletarian Revolution to conduct such serious discussion either within Comintern, or via telegram to protect Comintern from intrusion by reactionaries in its decision making.

That document however is not through my opinion a classified statement. Such constitutions are usually widely publicised. To hide such harmless documents would mean we are surely untrustworthy of others. I would keep it in the open along with the Organisational Structure and the Methods of Election. In all, open documents would be 1, 4 and 5 in the list you first posted.

I will support that. :D It is funamental that democracy be at the center point of the Comintern.

I wish to add a further 2 articles:

7) Membership will be divided between affiliated, and full member. Full membership is to reiside in Comintern and the International Socialist Republic. Affiliated membership are those regions/nations who reside outside the region, but support our aims.

8) Voting rights will only be granted to full members of Comintern (i.e. those actually in the Region). Affiliated members will only be able to partake in discussion, but not decision making.

Under the present circumstances, I should note that I beleive your protective nation of Galadina (sp?) might have a disagreement with you leaving their region. Do they not have 150,000 of their troops in your nation? Idealogs? I'm afraid you may be soon to discover your problems are only begining.

Somehow, I dare say that you do not recognize the problem. Pray that your former freind does not decide that you should be his new puppet. You will not last long...(Oh, and based on your age...you only can have around 350 K troops...and that's giving them sticks and rocks to fight with)
