The SPARTAN program changed into the SOET.
I've been in the Midnight/Anti-Ragnarok wars, NATO/NOrth Korea war, and am currently in the Ruhr civil war. I also took part in the original Shentavo academy.
I've never seen you... But despite that fact, have a Lolly!

Probably Kain Shentavo. Im often in Rave's rps.
Thought as much. Who are your characters? I only have one currently, not bad what you can do with only one guy (looks at 1300+ posts in combination)
