It's great, but the shield in the middle looks a little off centre. What paint program(s) did you use?

ooc:- loopy made mine...he's quite good, go ahead and ask him. Go to technical & look at his thread on flag making (I think it's a sticky still).

I'm guessing he used photoshop.
I'm looking into filling that little hole in.
