hi im new and i was wondering if someone would help me run my region?

Well, what exactly do you need help with in regards to running your region? Most if not all of the features are self-explanatory or entirely your own decision. The political direction of your nation state is dictated by your adopted stance on various issues...You can generally tell which stances will pull you towards a high-civil right/high-political freedoms nation, and which will focus more on improving the economy and promoting capitalism. The wonderful thing about this is how your own political philosophy can (at least to degree) influence a fictional nation. Are you seeking help understanding the basics of this site, or seeking advice on what decisions will give a desired outcome for your nation?
im just new and ive never owned a region i just thought someone could help me by becoming regional delegate and getting new nations to join.
Why the hell to people do this? They make a bunch of clones, and then make a region for them. Then they're like "Oh boy, I got a region." What the hell. Plus, the clones are called, like, Wheeler1, Wheeler2, Wheely33. I guess I'm just getting old or something, cause it just seems retarded to me...
